The joint was dankeshin. The atmosphere is pretty standard for this type of food, tbh. But that did not have any impact on my experience. After understanding the menu and the portions offered I quickly went to work and took advantage of the unlimited refills on the bowls. Unfortunately, the photos I had on my older camera have been lost so I can not add any visual to show off my full plates but there are plenty already on here that do the job well.
Horrible customer service both times I have been here. I will never be coming back. Food is decent and the cooks helped me out because it was my first time here.
Manager got upset because my family and I grabbed the wrong bowls for the “all you can eat”.
Made me feel so uncomfortable to even eat here and when I asked to put them back they yelled at me to not grab the wrong bowl again.
I wasn't sure what to do, they walked me through it all. You get 5o select what goes into your bowl and then watch the guy cook it in front of you. Love it! The staff were wonderful i cant wait to come back!
Better than Thuy’s! Best restaurant in Airway!
Very fresh food, very fast cooks, they serve beer
Most bland food ever and I added all the sauces. If you’re going to pay $30 for some stir fry go to the Mongolian grill on Francis and Division
Love the fresh vegetables and the top notch service. This place is fantastic!
I had high hopes for this place, but there were several things that just fell short. To start, the cook was napping in a chair when we first arrived, which is somewhat understandable since we arrived during an off-hour. It's also frustrating that they charge per bowl and impose heavy restrictions that my incur added costs. Every other Mongolian grill in the region offers all you can eat as the standard fare. But the most egregious issue is that they add a ton of water to the cook, which just dilutes all the sauces I carefully selected, which results in a mostly bland and flavorless dish. I do give the restaurant props for keeping up clean appearances, but I will not be going back.
It's something I have never experienced before. Pick a bowl, pick your ingredients, pork, chicken or meat, mushrooms and whatnot, add all kinds of sauce, THEN see it all cook in a big circular hot pan! Taste is excellent and very interesting! Loved it!
Great food selection and best sauces for the Mongolian grill in town.
With Mongolian grill, the most important ingredients in your dish are the sauces as they define the taste of your food selection. The secret is to fill your plate with ingredients first and then to top it with sauces of your selection. Here is the quick guide:
1. Stack frozen meat (beef, lamb, pork, chicken, or mix) at the bottom of your plate (push it hard to stack the max amount)
2. Add veggies and other ingredients
3. Add noodles or ramen on top of your selection
4. Top your plate with sauces. I go with 1 spoon of Fire Oil, 1 spoon garlic, 3 spoons of burgundy wine, 3 spoons of plum sauce, 2 spoons of sweet and sour sauce, spoon of sesame oil. This is a 3 out of 5 stars spicy.
When cooked, add 3-4 pieces of cut tomatoes to your dish.
This particular Mongolian bbq in town is the only one I am going to after trying almost all of them, even if this one is far from my house. Other places have very dull tasting sauces, and the food has barely any taste.
The stuff here is super friendly, and atmosphere and entourage resemble Mongolian plains. You will find many airforce officers and airmen between the visitors of this place as there is a base not far from this place.
It's one of my favorite places in town. Highly recommend.

The host/waiter was extremely nice. The restaurant was the cleanest and most organized Mongolian BBQ place I'd ever been to. However, the selection of ingredients was lacking slightly which wasn't a big deal. The biggest letdown was the way the food was cooked. The cook put the food on the grill and even tho I had 7-8 ladles of sauce, put the food on the grill then filled my bowl with tap water and poured it on the food. This caused the flavors to be diluted and the meat/veg were kinda boiled and steamed rapidly making them chewy and an extreme disappointment. He used a long wooden stick to sort of keep the sauce on the grill table. It seemed as his main goal was to make sure he didn't have to clean up rather than focusing on making the food taste good. You should sear the food and then flip it over. Get a steam lid to put over it if you need to bring them temp up. DON'T PUT WATER ON MY FOOD AND SLOSH IT AROUND WITH A STICK! Get a scraper and clean the grill table after each dish. The pricing was listed in multiple spots. At the table at the buffet where you get the bowls etc. It was confusing and didn't make sense. We went thru 2 times and filled a ridiculously small bowl. We left unsatisfied and disappointed. $50 for two meals and waters. We will not be going back there ever again. The way the food was cooked was 0/10 technique. And the price was a slap in the face to send you on your way.

It's kinda expensive to just go when you aren't really hungry. It's $17 per person to have the smallest bowl.. That doesn't even include drinks or desserts.

Great food, great value!
Vegetarian options: Since you build your own bowl, you can skip meat completely. There's also seafood during dinner (4:00).
