I went here for a wedding! The venue was really classy, and the couple was able to make it truly beautiful. The parking downtown is a little rough, and if you visit, you should expect a short walk.

This review is inly based on the amazingly nice lady that answers their phones/books evets..She is very easy to get in touch with, super knowledgeable, ..She makes the call fun! I had 10 zillion questions..She was more that happy to answer them all in great detail!The cost of the event rooms are decently priced as well!

I cannot say enough good things about this beautiful space! When my husband and I starting planning our dream wedding, we knew we wanted somewhere downtown in the middle of the city with both vintage and modern features. We had toured dozens of places and none were quite right. We came to see this space and we knew, instantly, it was the one. The entire journey and planning was so incredibly smooth and easy thanks to Erin Shine and the staff/bartenders at Montvale. They helped with every aspect, and let us bring our dream wedding to life. They were so flexible with us for the rehearsal and did not miss a single detail we had asked for. This venue and it's staff were an absolute dream for our wedding!

Company Christmas party here this year (2023) great open venue. The food was good. Decent spot in downtown Spokane. Not their fault, but parking was a problem as is always the case in the area they are in

The venue was absolutely beautiful and all of our guests loved it! Other than that unfortunately there is not much else I can say about the services provided. Lack of communication, confusion and frustration coming from all angles. Having to argue with the bar staff about catering fees at the end of my wedding was not how I wanted to spend my night. We were promised lots of things that were never delivered. The honeymoon suite couch had stains all over it… I don’t even wanna know where they came from. All in all I recommend the Montvale Event Center as it is a beautiful historic place, but word to the wise - use your own wedding coordinator.

I recently photographed my first wedding at MontVale and have toured it with my bride twice. This stunning interior architecture and unique vintage feel of this venue was an incredible and inspiring backdrop for my couples 1920’s Hollywood Glamour theme! As a photographer I gravitate toward a more creative look and love using locations as a jumping off point, this place did that for me! From the safe that put together this amazing wedding to the food and everything in between was incredible! I highly recommend having your next event or wedding here!

Absolutely gorgeous place and a reasonable price. My fiance and I both knew it was our wedding venue after we looked at it. Rachel makes you very comfortable and works with you and the venue is so all inclusive. They have a projector, a rooftop that's great for photos with downtown Spokane, and they can even light up the smokestacks at the Steam Plant the colors you choose on the day of your wedding.
