I am so disappointed that they got ride of Hemp milk! I have been coming here for 10yrs! I have a dairy allergy so Hemp milk is my alternative. So very disappointed in this company, will no longer be coming here every again.

Not entirely sure why this business would turn away a paying customer due to not wanting to combine punch cards. What kind of loyalty do you want? You do realize we are all human and there’s plenty of possibilities for reasons as to why people would have multiple punch cards. Whether that be separate wallets, forgetting to grab it, or misplacing one. No where anywhere on the punch cards does it specify you cannot combine them nor does it say anything on your menu or stand. To only ride off of word of mouth is ridiculous. My partner works at Shadle Park HS and your coffee stand was our go too for lunch breaks and early morning coffee runs. Took my dog to get her very last pup cup on February 13th, 2025 but yet I can’t even get a free drink when I’ve bought the 10 before to get it? I can even pull up transactions to prove every single punch was earned by me. I am appalled by the treatment of your staff, your policy you’ve claimed to of had for years, and ultimately how unloyal you can be to your own customers. I’d highly advise to not support a business doing things like this.

The girls were very nice but the amount of ice rather than drink in my cup was ridiculous. 7 dollars for a drink that I only got 5 sips out of. Overall I will not be going back.

I came in and ordered an iced coffee, i made sure to specify what i wanted as we have a severe dairy allergy. The barista must have misheard me when i ordered salted caramel syrup (which is confirmed dairy free) and used caramel sauce instead. I felt very rushed to drive away and didn’t get a chance to even look at my drink before the window was closed (there was caramel sauce dripped down the cup). I tried to reach out via instagram a few days ago (right after i had left the stand) to ask the ingredients in the caramel sauce to see if there was dairy in it but have still not gotten a reply even though they have posted multiple times since i reached out. This was my first time going here and i feel very disappointed in their customer service and lack of response. It’s very important that we know where we had dairy so we know what is not safe for us to consume.

Unfortunately...this was my go to place. I visited at least 3 to 5 times a week. I was there Saturday afternoon...poor girl working was clearly under trained. She told me it was her second day and she was left by herself...it took her so long to complete my three drink order. Which was still not correct when I got the drinks to the two other people. Cars were backed up I sat waiting for almost 25 minutes 1 car infront and car behind...no place to go to get out of line or I would have. Totally over charged. Which this has happened alot lately! I know because I order the same drinks every time! But this last sunday...was my last straw. I can handle alot but snarky I can not especially coming from the owner. I get you were busy but...passing the buck when asked a question doesn't work for me especially when you are the owner! Truly makes me sad. As I will NOT be returning at least for awhile...hope in the mean time you all can figure it out how to make this stand the place that it was and should be.

Usually I love coming to Mugggies, especially after the new owner took over, I love the updates and the ladies always have a great attitude, I would just like to maybe make a recommendation to the owners that the tablet situation where the baristas take your order on a tablet and you go to the window, needs work. That set up alone is making me consider going to a smaller coffee stand. In the past just driving up to the window and ordering was quick, efficient, and actually gave a minute to engage with the baristas. Now it feels like going to Starbucks.
