I attended a wedding recently and for dinner, they had the Italian buffet from Nectar. Maybe it was an off night for this business, but I was quite disappointed by the food. The spaghetti sauce was bland. The Alfredo sauce was so runny it just ran through the penne pasta. The salad was limp and the bread sticks were just plain. They did provide the little butter packets. We were fortunate to be selected to be part of their Wine Wednesday Dinner Series this year. Chef Steven prepared our Lions Mane into steaks accompanied by delicious side dishes, and of course amazing wine! The environment is warm and welcoming. The owner Josh is a great guy who makes you feel like you’re part of the family. Nectar Catering was SO fantastic to work with for our wedding reception! I cannot recommend them enough! The food was amazing, we got so many compliments and the venue space was gorgeous. They were so helpful, kind and professional and went above and beyond what I could have imagined to make our day special. It was also very affordable. 10/10, would recommend to anyone!!
