The absolute best ramen I’ve ever had! They were out of the pork belly, so they subbed with wagyu beef and I was SO impressed with how good it was. The broth was flavorful and rich, the okonomiyaki tots were delicious, and the Spokane Hai was incredible too! I messed up our reservation and the hostess was absolutely phenomenal and still managed to get us in with just a short wait. I cannot wait to go back, and I’m hoping they do a seafood ramen soon!
