Honestly, they have the best Mocha I have had in Spokane yet! And I've tried all the main spots that were recommended to me while visiting. Service here was great as well, very friendly. The shop itself has a very modern vibe with PLENTY of room to sit or study. I highly recommend if you're in the area.

Wow. Just wow. Had a pumpkin spice latte, my first of the season and I shouldn’t have done it bc I just told my husband I don’t think I’ll ever have another as good as that one was. Barista talked me into getting the toasted marsh-mellow on top and it was ??*chefs kiss. Hubs ordered a cold brew with sweet cream and it did not disappoint either.
Run don’t walk if you’re needing a morning/afternoon/evening pick me up
Kid-friendliness: Ordered 3 chocolate milks and they made the natives cease their clamoring. So must have been good.

We ordered a few drinks, the wait wasn't very long, the barista was so sweet☺️. Everything tasted great, I really like this coffee shop, I love the interior design the most tho, the aesthetic was great and the music was so well fit to it as well. Not expensive either, I ordered a vanilla flavored matcha tea, and the matcha was definitely not too strong, and had a great vanilla flavor. Recommend if your in the area, will be back later to try the other menu items, Thank youuu?

The coffee is pretty good. Service was bit underwhelming. The baristas were a bit too chatty with themselves and did not approach me right away to ask what I would like. Still friendly service though. The atmosphere has cool vibes and it’s decent place to have small meetings or use the conference room. Coffee drinks are a bit overpriced IMO (but that’s compared to mom & pop shops). They have similar prices compared to Starbucks.

best cup of coffee! maddi helped us and she was so sweet and personable. the atmosphere is so cool with local art which I love! I could not recommend new love more! they also don’t charge extra for alternative milk!!!!

This was probably if not the worst coffee I’ve had here in Washington state to my memory. This is the biggest waste of $22 I’ve ever spent ever absolutely putrid. I can’t believe that this has five stars out of 20 reviews they must’ve lied to me or something gave me really terrible coffee The salted caramel tasted like soapRomans 10:13

So happy to have New Love Coffee near my house. The coffee is fantastic, they have the milk I want (soy) and the hand pies are so wonderful. Check it out in the spot that Ladder used to be in. This is a huge upgrade!
