I am 5 hours away from home, stuck waiting for my car to get fixed. Macy has been nice enough to let me sit here for hours while I wait for them to be done with my car. She made me a raspberry matcha which was delicious and their pies are to die for! Highly recommend the Tex mex 👍🏻

We are new to town and ended up at New Love after seeing it on Spokane Playground's Instagram page. After going there once, we went back 2 more times in the same week! Bri at the Francis location makes the BEST eggnog lattes! She is also incredibly kind, helpful and welcoming which makes coming back over and over super easy. Big thank you for creating delicious beverages, hiring insanely friendly staff and for being open early for us mamas! 20 outta 10 recommend!
The savory hand pie and mocha were perfect and the space served us well for a business meetup.

Honestly, they have the best Mocha I have had in Spokane yet! And I've tried all the main spots that were recommended to me while visiting. Service here was great as well, very friendly. The shop itself has a very modern vibe with PLENTY of room to sit or study. I highly recommend if you're in the area.

Wow. Just wow. Had a pumpkin spice latte, my first of the season and I shouldn’t have done it bc I just told my husband I don’t think I’ll ever have another as good as that one was. Barista talked me into getting the toasted marsh-mellow on top and it was ??*chefs kiss. Hubs ordered a cold brew with sweet cream and it did not disappoint either.
Run don’t walk if you’re needing a morning/afternoon/evening pick me up
Kid-friendliness: Ordered 3 chocolate milks and they made the natives cease their clamoring. So must have been good.

We ordered a few drinks, the wait wasn't very long, the barista was so sweet☺️. Everything tasted great, I really like this coffee shop, I love the interior design the most tho, the aesthetic was great and the music was so well fit to it as well. Not expensive either, I ordered a vanilla flavored matcha tea, and the matcha was definitely not too strong, and had a great vanilla flavor. Recommend if your in the area, will be back later to try the other menu items, Thank youuu?
