Oh my goodness, you won't believe the incredible experience I had at the coffee shop today! The barista was simply amazing - so friendly, chatty and knowledgeable about the menu. She recommended their famous chai tea and I couldn't resist. It was absolutely mind-blowing! But wait, there's more... she also let me in on a little secret that they're soon switching to a new brand. Imagine the possibilities! While I was already there, I decided to indulge in their Bean & Pie, loaded with fresh strawberries & rhubarb. And need I say more? New Love Coffee provides me with a very enjoyable combination of flavorful coffees and a beautiful environment (I love the high ceilings, tons of natural light, and enjoyable people who work there!) If you want to read for a half hour, New Love Coffee is perfect!

The coffee is pretty good. Service was bit underwhelming. The baristas were a bit too chatty with themselves and did not approach me right away to ask what I would like. Still friendly service though. The atmosphere has cool vibes and it’s decent place to have small meetings or use the conference room. Coffee drinks are a bit overpriced IMO (but that’s compared to mom & pop shops). They have similar prices compared to Starbucks.

This was probably if not the worst coffee I’ve had here in Washington state to my memory. This is the biggest waste of $22 I’ve ever spent ever absolutely putrid. I can’t believe that this has five stars out of 20 reviews they must’ve lied to me or something gave me really terrible coffee The salted caramel tasted like soapRomans 10:13

I stumbled upon this shop while I was out with my friends one rainy afternoon. The staff greeted us with such kindness and offered to help with the menu if we needed. It was fun and bright inside, but not overwhelmingly so. There were a lot of spots to work from or just relax with a coffee. My drink was delicious and I even went back the next day because I couldn't stop thinking about it. Although I think it's nice they don't charge for alternative milks, their price point it on the higher end so it's not like you're saving money. Nevertheless the coffee, service and atmosphere is great.

So happy to have New Love Coffee near my house. The coffee is fantastic, they have the milk I want (soy) and the hand pies are so wonderful. Check it out in the spot that Ladder used to be in. This is a huge upgrade!
