Great spot for a coffee with nice views. The barista was very nice but I'm not a huge fan of the half decaf coffee we got, which is more on the acidic/sour side. I like my coffee to be more balanced.

I have visited this place multiple times and had such a great experience. But in my last visit I did not have a good coffee! The customer service was still very good. My coffee tasted sour. I nicely asked them to remake it and they did but it still tasted sour and I had to throw it out after two sips.
I think the coffee was burnt on that day! I still recommend this place on their good coffee days ;)

Our favorite coffee shop in Spokane! We make it a weekend tradition to stop into New Love for coffee and quiche after we walk our pup in Kendall Yards. The coffee is always on point, and the hand pies and quiche are so good. I also ended up ordering a quiche for Mothers Day from here and it turned out perfectly. The employees are always so nice and very quick with service!

Maddi, our barista took extra care to stir my honey and cinnamon in my latte before serving and this means so much to me. “6inch pie” for $17+ after tax is not worth it. It was a pretty good little pie. But good gawd not for $17+.
