I came here with my two kids Sunday afternoon and actually had a great experience! The last time I went to the one in the valley, which was fine, but this one is definitely a step up. Food was tasty, it was ready fast, and our server was exceptional. Very courteous and funny, was very kind to my kids, and gave me a great recommendation on the food. He wouldn’t give me his name, but I think one of the other employees called him Jake or maybe Jakob. I will definitely be returning and keep up the good work!

It's wasn't really fast food when i visited. Only 2 other tables and some in the drive-through. They gave me a table tent number, but after waiting 20 minutes, they called out my number and I had to go get it....why give me a tabletent? The food was not the best as it seemed kinda salty, I'm not sure why but definitely made me thirsty. Not likely to go back.

We went to those restaurant on a whim. It was a quick service Asian restaurant, but the food was very bland and salty. The service was good and the restaurant and restrooms were clean, but I wouldn’t return. The miso soup was not good at all and the Osaka chicken wasquite plain and kid friendly.

The food here is excellent and tasty. The sauces and combinations make it worth your time to try this restaurant. Chicken Osaka is my favorite. A flame grilled and seasoned chicken teriyaki would be a good addition to the menu.

Great food! It's been one of my favorite places to eat for many years now. It's always hot and fresh. Fast and friendly service. Definitely a healthier option than most other restaurants. I've always had a great meal at Noodles Express!

12-28-24 I order the same thing, every time, for years. Might get extra slaw or double meat. Depends. I don’t mind paying the price here and there but it’s definitely more in cost these days. Makes me have a little higher expectation. The food was fine, except the slaw was cut pretty long and chunky. I paid for extra slaw in one bowl and not for the other… we had the same amount of slaw. Beware of that. Asked for my meat to be well done and it wasn’t. Tasted fine, but disappointed for the price I paid to not be heard or given what I paid for.

This is my all time favorite lunch place. The food is excellent, prepared (quickly) to order, and more than I can eat in one meal. The drive-through pick-up makes it easy to call in my order when I'm on my way and grab it quickly when I get there (allow 10-15 minutes most times).

Had given this place another shot. Upon entering another couple was in line so not that busy so tell me why, the person ringing us up gave off the vibe of being annoye, still tipped perhaps little man was having an off night. Got my number and went on to find a table, most of the tables that I went to were very sticky. I then went up to get my food while being ran into by an employee (going on break) then came back to my table, where I observed said employee and then 2 more employees having inappropriate conversations. Got my food and it was barely consumable and when trying my partners food I found that they burnt the shit out of his noodles and broccoli. We decided to cut our losses and probably never come back. Good-Bye Noodle Express on Division! Do better! Have standards!

Only positive is they make it to order. Chicken way over cooked in both chicken teriyaki bowl and yakisoba. Sauce very salty. Pot stickers soggy. Quality of Asian cuisine in Spokane is severely lacking, first time here and I won’t come back.

I tried to call in our order ahead of time. I called and was placed on hold and waited for 5 minutes with no answer. Decided to just order inside. Ordered our food and then sat waiting for 30 minutes. When we went up to the counter asking how much longer because we had been waiting awhile, and saw two people that ordered behind us get their food first. After we asked the guy grabbed our food from the counter. The cashier saw us sit down and just let our food sit there for who knows how long while we were patiently waiting. Food was great but service sucked!
