This place was so amazing and so much fun! The atmosphere was incredible and the food was even better! What really surprised us was that we could eat there as a family! Our 11 year old daughter enjoyed it as much as we did!!! Phenomenal food, atmosphere, and a great place to visit!!! The owners were very friendly people who loved the fact that the restaurant was a great historical landmark in Spokane and shared the story behind it with us! We will be back soon!!!

Banger and Mas the were very good. I wasn't sure what to do with the grilled cabbage wedge covered with Parmesan. Staff was friendly, attentive and efficient.

Excellent Irish bar and restaurant! Such great food! The servers are quick and upbeat. If you are up for singing a song (it doesn't have to be good) while standing on the bar, you too can add your own personal dollar bill to the wall; the ceiling is full! The fish and chips, Irish stew, reubens... everything really, are delicious!

Best Ruben I’ve ever had! All the food here is FANTASTIC
Looking forward to trying based on the reviews. Very friendly staff when entered, we sat ourselves per the sign. Place needs some updating or better cleaning as immediately hit with a pungent musty smell when entered. The whole place has old, stained carpet so that could be the odor problem. There was live music so that was nice. We all ordered something different from the menu and none of it was good at all so that was disappointing. Drinks were decent and server was very friendly but with the poor food and odor we won’t be back.

O’Doherty’s Irish Grille in Spokane is hands-down one of the best spots around for fish and chips. The moment the plate hits the table, you know you’re in for something special—the fish is perfectly battered, light, and crispy, with tender, flavorful fillets that taste incredibly fresh. The fries are spot-on too: hot, golden, and seasoned just right, the kind you can’t stop picking at even when you’re full. The whole place has that warm, authentic Irish pub vibe, and the staff makes you feel right at home from the moment you walk in. Whether you’re craving classic comfort food or just want a great place to relax and eat, O’Doherty’s absolutely delivers. Highly recommend!

Good food. Run of the mill Irish bar. Not the best. Not the worst.
The service was top tier and made me feel like a valued customer which is rare these days. Family and kid friendly, the fish and chips are great!

I tried to eat here 3 times. Closed on Monday, I was turned away on Thursday due to a private party and finally got in on Friday. Service was good. The Reuben had the best corned beef I have ever had. It was moist and falling apart with a rich flavor. I didn't try the fish & chips, another signature dish for them but it looked really good as well.

After walking all day around downtown Spokane we found this cute lil spot. I love the atmosphere inside, with all the dollars everywhere I have to think though, is this sanitary haha. It reminds me of chilkoot Charlie, this bar in anchorage, alaska that has bras everywhere.
We just got a couple of beers and we didn't order food. Beers tasted just like beers, but I was more entertained with the atmosphere. A group of runners was right outside the patio gate preparing for a run and I enjoyed eavesdropping on them while I sipped my nummy beer. Waitress was friendly, I like her, she was cool.
Cool place, next time I will eat something.
