Our server was FANTASTIC! Also, I have never seen a manager take a food alergy more seriously than the one at this location. He came to our table to personally check for clarity about exactly what the food alergy was and several options to avoid any possible problems. The pace of the food delivery was also good.
Where do I start? Kyle was absolutely amazing. Probably the best service we have ever had. Super nice guy and super attentive. Never left us without any refills very long. He was super good about checking up on us, never to much, never to little. It was a perfect in-between. We haven't been to Olive garden in years and it felt like we never left. Amazing guy! 10/10 Everyone loves Kyle!
Great experience with staff, manager was great, however, we had to wait a super extended amount of time for our food because they never got the order to the back. They remedied it and came to apologize, even gave my sister a gift card for a future visit. This was fine, but when it came time to pay, the ziosk was not working, the poor waiter wasn't even sure what each of us ordered because we had 2 waiters and mid through she was reassigned to another table.
