My bf and I used to go on date night here every week and loved it. However, the last time we went which was maybe about 2 months ago now, it was not a great experience. The pizza used to be delicious with thick crust and great flavor. Now it looks and tastes like it’s store bought. Also, the customer service is really pretty bad. When we used to go it used to be so busy and the last few times we had gone hardly anyone was in there. Not sure how it is now but we still love the cider and just not sure if it’s worth it anymore to keep going back and being disappointed by the food and service.

One Tree Cider is my favorite! I had wanted to visit for quite a while. It did not disappoint! Thank you to our server Stacey! The Sunset drink you made me was my favorite of the flight.

Really sad about how the menu has changed here, I really used to love coming here :(. I just went here with a friend and had the flatbread and we both felt very sick afterwards. I hope that the menu will go back to how it was like a year ago.

Great choice of Ciders. Love that you you can roll a dice to randomly pick a flighty of ciders. There were two of us so we had 8 different ciders, every one was full of flavour. We also had pizza and that was awesome as well. I would definitely recommend One Tree Cider House.

Everything we could have wanted and more. Relaxed atmosphere, a nice variety on tap and a good variety canned and bottled to head out the door with us! The food was so good. We got the Staycation pizza, nachos, and a lemon berry cider and a watermelon cider. Took home more lemon berry and boysenberry. My favorite F&B stop on our crosscountry road trip!

The peach lavender is so good. Most flavors from One Tree are fantastic. I have yet to see the cider shop in Spokane though.

On 06FEB2024, I purchased a pizza and cheesy bread for my family. I got home and not only had the wrong ingredients, but the house BBQ sauce that they usually use was gone. Instead it was mustard sauce. We ended up throwing the pizza out along with the cheesy bread because the cheesy bread was burnt. I reached out via email regarding my concerns of the quality of food. I received an email from Ashley stating that she will make up for the errors with a gift card. I again reached out to her a week or two later. Still no gift card. Today is 21APR2024. This is poor service. I used to love this place and highly recommend it. I'll make sure to change those recommendations.

Came by around 7:30 because I am in town for March Madness and I heard great things about this place especially as someone who is gluten free! Unfortunately it was closed and there was nobody there/nothing on Google or social media. I would love to come back and try it out but feeling a little discouraged. The reviews look great & so does the menu but hard for me to plan when the hours listed don’t seem to be accurate.

Online it says open until 8pm on Thursdays, showed up at 7pm and doors were locked. No posts on social media or sign on the door. Can’t give a good review if this business can’t commit to operating hours.
