Our experience in the igloo was great. The drinks and appetizers were good. However the waitress forgot to put our dinner order in so it took a lot longer to get dinner then the food was warm. Not a great impression.
Great dinner/amazing food, great service but hard to hear conversations even across the table.
Food was great. Service was great. Drinks were strong. Igloos were a lot of fun and well heated. 10/10 would go back.
Ryan was great! So attentive and friendly. We had an amazing time. They could add an extra heater when the weather gets colder. We were not cold but I could see that being an issue
The food and overall service was fantastic. However, I made a reservation at noon for the outdoor igloo at 7:00 PM. When I arrived the staff stated that they were not aware of a reservation until the manager arrived. My wife and I were then escorted to a cold igloo with no lights on. The waitress attempted to power on the heater and was unsuccessful so I had to step in and turn it on. The heater buttons were not intuitive so I understand why she couldn't power it on but still, after paying 120 for a reservation it should have been prepared before hand. Additionally, I had to advise the waiter that the reservation includes $50.00 food and drink credit because he brought me a check for the entirety of the meal. With all of that said, the staff brought us blankets to snuggle up with and it made for a cozy and romantic dinner. I just wish we would have been comped with a desert or drink due to waiting 30 minutes for the igloo to heat up.
We always enjoy eating at Osprey. The menu selections are varied. It's quiet enough to hold a conversation. The wait staff is attentive without being hovering. The food is good and the portions are plenty without being too much.
Great value. Only downsides were syrupy predinner cocktails and somewhat limited menu. Pork and pasta were good and wine choices were interesting. Will dine at Osprey on next trip to Spokane.
What this restaurant has going for it is the view / location Riverside. Hard pass off season / nightime / poor weather. It's a very bare bones dining room inside a quiet hotel. Food portions were good, service quick and easy, taste mediocre for the price. Seating layout is a bit odd with two levels divided by a wall and bar at far end rather than central. Really could use some soft furnishings or a fireplace.
Excellent BBQ ribs!!!! Friendly service staff. Casual dining atmosphere. Reasonable prices. We liked it so much that we returned the next night of our visit to Spokane.
Had a great burger here while visiting. Our service was great and the bar selection was equally as good. Will visit again, for sure.

It was a beautiful day so we sat outside - we had excellent service and the food was great!
The view from the patio is very nice. First time at Osprey, it was just "ok". They were very short staffed that day, our lunch took over an hour to get to us. My daughter got the smoked salmon eggs benedict; the poached eggs were overcooked and there was such little hollandaise that it might as well not have been there. My BLTA was fine, fries were delicious. Overall, just ok.
food ,service ,setting on the patio, and live entertainment were all excellent. Lovely dinner
Awesome spot on the beautiful Spokane River. On a warm fall evening, like this was, it was perfect! The host was genuinely welcoming and offered me the outside couch - I gladly shared the other couch with a nice couple who arrived a bit later. My server, Tyrone was spot-on. Very observant, efficient, and positive. He reps Osprey the way the owners love to see. I noticed that the other servers were also quite efficient, busy, and friendly. My meal - the fish tacos - were exactly what I wanted- grilled Mahi, warm soft corn tortillas and just the right amounlp of shredded cabbage. The salsa on the side went great with my crispy home-made warm chips that accompanied my tacos. 5 stars from a guy who used to live in Mexico and now lives 1/2 time in Hawaii (both places that take pride in fish tacos...!) Ruby Hospitality, GVD, Jerry Dicker... and their great staff are doing a great job at Osprey. Thank you!
My visit to Osprey Restaurant in Spokane was fantastic. The riverside patio had awesome views of the Spokane River, making it a great spot to relax. The Osprey Burger was tasty and well-cooked, and the truffle fries were a perfect side. The cocktails hit the mark. Service was quick and friendly, even with a busy crowd. The vibe was chill, and the price felt fair for the quality and great location.
