Steak was rare I asked for medium well done it was still bleeding broccoli had seen better days. My daughter asked for well done her steak was was bleeding still my son in-laws was medium well done some what pink. I didn't want to send anything back as I'm sure by the way people are something may have been done so I ate it. I won't be going back. Our server seemed like she didn't want to be there. She was nice an all but just her attention was not where it needed to be. My son in-law has a nice mark on his lower leg where she accidentally hit him with a larger serving plater. The she was like I'm sorry you won't belive how many times I have done that. 😲 really do the know she is like this????? It makes you wonder about going out to eat something any more... You can't get the cook to cook the food right or get someone to serve with out wondering if they are on something...... I know the other outback is here I'll try it an pray it's better. For how much I spent I should have had better food an service.....

Extremely over priced, food is just subpar. Sat waiting for our food for 45mins before being told the kitchen didn't receive it. It was over and hour before we got our meal. Huge disappointment and not recommended. Go to Texas Roadhouse instead, they are wayyy better!!!

We came in on a Sunday early evening and it was not busy at all. We waited about 5 to 10 minutes to be greeted. The busser was very polite and let us know the status of our table. When we were finally seated, we were seated next to and at the same time as another couple that had arrived about 10 minutes after us. there was no one waiting in the lobby besides us and the restaurant had several open tables.
Several minutes later, our waitress finally appeared and greeted the other table first and proceeded in that order to bring drinks and take food orders. We were so hungry and tired of waiting. We decided to leave before we received our appetizer because when she did bring our bread she slammed the plates down on the table, which just didn’t set a good precedence for the rest of the evening. There was no conscience or recognition of order of arrival. Our servers name was Kelly, I believe. If she was having a bad day, it certainly showed. I have never seen a more leisurely staff in such a generally high volume restaurant. Now we are still hungry and burdened with where to go or what to do for dinner. Thanks Outback for such a hospitable experience.
Nice dinner, attentive staff. A bit loud, it was difficult hearing others at my table. The meal preparation was quick. Definitely over my usual price range for going out.
Wheelchair accessibility: Double doors at the entry. Plenty of tables to roll to.

Overall, it was a regular dining experience. Sunday night at 7pm, the place wasn't very busy, but the service was still slow. Staff was friendly enough, but the enthusiasm was gone. Food was standard fare and tasted good but not. I had the new chicken and shrimp fettuccine, and the overall flavors were ok, but I was expecting more. The seating area itself could use a little updating and fixes, dents in walls, and worn down wood.

We chose Outback for dinner on 2/1 because we figured we would get a good meal at a good price in a fair amount of time, Boy were we wrong.
Dinner for 4, We were seated right away. Server came to our table promptly. He was informative about drink specials and was quick to take the drink order, as we were working with time we went ahead and ordered our appetizer. We waited and waited. A bus girl came up and said that our server Paul had cut his hand pretty bad but that he would be out to us shortly. 30 min no drinks no appetizer and no Paul , our appetizer came dropped at our table by who we were later to learn was the Manager on duty. We flagged down someone else and asked for more dipping sauce, It was clear that the cut to our servers hand had put him behind, other tables were complaining, they sere sending food back and waiting as long as we were.
Paul finally came and took our order, Corrected drink still hadn't come to our table, my friend actually went to the bar to get it for me. I decided that I would go and let the manager know that his server was in the weeds and could probably use some help. He seemed disinterested at best. Once I got back to our table our entrees had been delivered, I will say the food was cooked to perfection and tasted awesome, We did wait 5 min or so for requested condiments. No body ever came to check on our food, never saw the "manager" walk his section or any other section. We were never offered another drink. Once dinner was finished we again waited and waited for Paul to bring our checks , We are no 1.45 hr into our dining experience. My usual mild mannered Husband had steam coming out of his ears. He went to find the manager and was told he was on the phone. My husband waited and approached the manger explained again what had taken place. He did not apologies he took our check and "comped" a portion our check.
Long ago I was an employee of Outback , I know the time and attention they put into the proper training of the servers. Unfortunately this was not the failure of the server is was the complete disregard of management.
My hope that this review will allow you to do better in the future.

Came in on 2/1/25 at 545, a party of 4. We were sat right away, our server came over immediately and went over the drink menu. At that time we orders drinks and apps… bread came, our app came and was eaten.. still not drinks… server came back to take our entree order, and we asked about our drinks. This had been about 40 mins from being sat. Drinks came and one was wrong. Fast forward about 20 more mins, still no replacement beverage, no soups or salads for the entrees. I went to the bar to pick up the beverage myself, which had been sitting there for lord knows how long. Finally the soups and salad came out. Then another 30 mins passed before our food came out. By the time the food came, we were all ready to leave. We asked for boxes almost immediately. We spoke to the manager about half way through expressing that our server was failing and probably needed help. He didn’t care. When it came time for the checks, we asked to speak to him again. He still didn’t care. The establishment wasn’t slammed, there was no reason we were there for 2 hours. If I am going to spend $40 per plate plus drinks, etc…I expect to have good service and great food. Absolutely the worst service I have received in a long time. Taking Outback off my list of good places to eat.

We ate lunch here. Slow service. Had to flag down the waitress several times. I suspect they are understaffed? Food was ok and served hot.

Our waiter, Chase, was very kind. Service wasn’t good though at all really. I think they were short staffed so he was handling the entire bar section by himself. We waited 45 minutes for our food, when it came out, it was barely warm. My husband ordered medium steak, and it came out well done. I think all of our food (there were 4 of us) was sitting under a hot light for over 20 minutes. So it wasn’t fresh as I should have been. They brought my husband a fresh steak on the house and that one was raw in the middle. Chase apologized and said all of our food was free for poor service and poor quality food. If it weren’t for his generosity, I’d give this place only one star.

The food was good. The waitress was nice, but they never come back to give or offer refills on your ice tea or pop. The atmosphere is very dry, boring. They need music, photos and better lighting. Something to make it more inviting.

Well it's hard to say this never had a bad meal ,until last nite, I ordered the special with the serlion and the little onion pieces on top. I should have known ,,,,sirloin was hard as a rock and it did not disappoint. It was dry and very rock hard Onion piece.
S were completely burnt , My girlfriend ordered the pasta with chicken and shrimp. And wanted the shrimp on the side. Cause she doesn't like seafood and when she got it. The shrimp was laying on top of the chicken, which made everything taste like seafood to her. But the waitress was very nice and did take $10 off our bill, which I just returned it to her in a tip. So with drinks
81.00 for my onion soup and her side wedge Salad kinda spendy
