I love this place. The staff is amazing, the food is always* cooked to perfection, it is just a great place to eat.*One time my steak was overcooked, and they immediately sent back an order for a new one that came out perfect, and they even comped it for me on the bill.

Normally everything is perfect there. It's been a couple of years since I've gone. But my sweet potato didn't come with its butter side The stakes were way to over Seasoned They were just off their game 4/2/2024 salad was good fries were good I did feel shorted on the bread and butter. im not expecting huge portions but the bread is cheep and I feel we should have gotten a bit more for the price especially seance we have to tip and they dont have to do anything but hand you a bag of food

staff was quite rude, And my food was spicy even though. The menu didn't specify that the food was going to be spicy. I ordered fries with my food and I never got my fries. It gave me a salad, Even though I told them not to give me a salad. The waitress looked like she wanted not even be there.Wheelchair accessibility: My friend was able to get his wheelchair through the restaurant easily.

Food was not good for the price, burnt, over salted! Our waiter was good though. Status quo in today's world. Price gouge with very little quality control in return. I will stick with the locally owned establishments, like Clinker Dagger.
Host asked 2x if we were sure we didn't want to sit in the bar- quite annoying. Our waitress was great but the food quality definitely isn't what it used to be and some items weren't available. I don't see a return visitUpdate 2/17/24 Gave it another shot and was exact opposite... poor service but good food. Waitress asked how it was and immediately turned around and took off...no time to answer and we did require drink refills and a sauce. When we did finally get her to stop at the table, we got half of what we asked for. The food was good though we had little table space as app salad plate and soup bowls stayed on table entire meal.

The food was great, I feel some things are slightly over seasoned but overall satisfied. Service was great our waitress was fantastic, very attentive with our drinks and sauces, amd provided a baby stand for our little one In his car seat. I did hear some complaints by one of the servers more then a few times about not getting help. Definitely brought the mood down, from the looks of it he seemed like he wasn't even asking more just complaining on the floor to other staff members amd under his breath while walking by tables, unprofessional in my opinion, seemed like a manager possibly. Ultimately we had a great visit and we would visit again!

I am not sure how this place is still in business. The food is terrible. Staff were awesome but the kitchen needs a lot of help. Taste the food back there before pushing it out to customers. I encourage the corporate side of Outback to do a secret stop in and actually experience the plates. No flavor and genuinely terrible. Save your money.
