Everything looked great but tasted very sub-par. I’m not sure what is in the honey sauce but it tastes like floor cleaner. Awful. The spring rolls were not flavorful. The orange chicken was spicy, which was strange, and the dumplings were unexpectedly drowned in a spicy sauce.

L was a server that was at the well picking up her drinks recommended a good wine for me to drink due to the fact you can only get the wine I wanted you can only get it by the bottle and I was alone

The bartender was busy but I got my food in a timely manner

But it was L’s customer service that made me want to do a review to take the time out to tend to my needs when she was busy with tables was amazing!

Good service and nice place but ordered take out and the portion size was not worth the price especially for it being just rice and meat.. the flavor wasn’t the best either. Would honestly prefer my money back and not come back at least not for take out.

⭐ “My Visit to P.F. Chang’s: A Tragedy in Several Courses.”

I walked into P.F. Chang’s hoping for a relaxing meal; instead, I walked into what can only be described as the culinary equivalent of an abandoned strip-mall spirit Halloween — dimly lit, disorganized, and somehow sticky everywhere.

Our party of 6 where seated immediately on a Saturday night, which should have been my first warning.

The Food (or whatever it was trying to be)

I ordered a few “classics,” unaware that I was about to star in my own personal cautionary tale.
• The lettuce wraps arrived looking like someone had already eaten them once. The filling was gray. Not “cooked chicken” gray — I mean “is this safe?” gray. The flavor? Imagine warm celery, sadness, and a hint of dishwater.
• The fried rice tasted like it had been prepared by a committee that had only read about rice in a book once. Every grain was either burnt, raw, or wet — sometimes all three in the same bite. It was as if the chef resented me personally.
• The entrée (I hesitate to name it, out of respect for its family) arrived as a sticky conglomeration of chicken pieces fused together like some kind of poultry meteorite. I tried to cut into it, but the entire mass moved as one organism. The sauce tasted like corn syrup.

The Service

The lone bright spot the last three times we have been there. While the food and pricing have gone downhill, whoever trains the waitstaff is a gem in an otherwise wasteland.

The Atmosphere

The restaurant was lively and packed.

The highlight of the meal was when the table next to mine received their food, took about two bites, and then left without paying. A look of disgust, or food poisoning, was written across their faces. The staff didn’t even try to stop them. I suspect they understood.

The Price

The amount I paid could have funded a genuinely good meal somewhere else — anywhere else — or purchased roughly three months of therapy to process what I’d just experienced.

Final Verdict

By the time I left, I felt like I had survived something. I didn’t dine at P.F. Chang’s — I endured it. If this restaurant were a movie, it would be the director’s cut of a disaster film, but with worse pacing.

PF Changs is one our favorite fancy night out dinner spots. We always have a fabulous time, but my Birthday celebration was top notch! Our server, Chuck, was awesome! He always is, he's one of our favorite servers. He is kind, patient and great at his job! The meal was consistently PF Changs standards, but the service is what made this Birthday so special! CHEERS CHUCK! Keep up the fabulous work!

Arrived at 5:55 for a 6:00 reservation, at first they told me I didn't have a reservation, I showed them my open table confirmation, then they confirmed that I had a reservation but that the earliest I would be seated would be 1 hour to 1:15, canceled my reservation and walked across the street to Shiki Japanese Steakhouse it was busy but we got a table 5 min and enjoyed a great meal.

Won’t be returning. Ordered honey chicken tonight and it came out raw. Server was kind and apologetic, but only offered to replace the raw meal or take it off our ticket. Lettuce wraps were served with mangled lettuce that could not be used to eat the filling.
