I Always enjoy hanging out at Chang’s. The servers there make you feel like you’re eating at your own house with family. A lot of there servers like to tell jokes and have a fun time with you. I feel like anywhere else you go the restaurants are missing the customer service side of things, but this place has it. Dumplings and crispy green beans are a must for me! Best time to go is Happy hour 🍻 the drinks are well made and priced fairly. Can’t wait to have dinner there again 🥰

I don't know what the hell is wrong with people who eat at this place more than once. It was the worst food I have ever eaten in my entire life and was expensive as a quality steakhouse. We are doomed as a society. I have lost all my faith in humanity.

The atmosphere and staff were nice and friendly. However, after eating here a couple of times the food has not been great. It smells and tastes moldy and not at all fresh. Which for the price, I would expect fresh food.

we've come here many times and never had an issue until today the service was absolutely horrible they spilled water all over my purse and hat insinuated that we could not pay for our meal and just it was all around horrible experience

Always love dining at PF Chang’s Spokane. Managing partner Paul Carlson and his team do a terrific job. The food is sumptuous, the servers are cheerful and attentive, and the atmosphere is very welcoming, including the irresistible aroma upon arrival! Two thumbs up and 5 stars.

We had a large family get together here and everything was perfect. Even though we had a large group, the service was quick. All the food was great. Lots of stuff for sharing, I definitely recommend the lettuce wrap and the kung pao chicken was super tasty. Definitely recommend for large groups, but also looks like a nice spot for date night, will bring my wife here next time.
The food wasn’t as good as we remembered. The soup was cold, the teriyaki had a floral taste, and the Mongolian beef had more green onions than meat. The host looked like she didn’t want to be there, and the server seemed harried.
