Good food & service. It had been a while since we dined here & we're happy we did
No one does it better than Chang. Service exceptional. Mojitos as well. Loved the food (you'll get 2 or 3 meals out of it). Pot stickers (aka dumplings) the best, and we hit happy hour for $10. Be sure to make reservation.

I went for their lunch special. I had the Mongolian beef. The flavor was pretty tasty, but the beef was a tad overcooked, so it was a little dry and chewy. I was a little surprised by all the scallions! The egg flower soup was tasty and it came with a side of brown rice. The service was fantastic and the restaurant is always beautiful! I tried my friends lettuce wraps and they were delicious.

It took 2 hours with 2 toddlers. There weren't that many people there but the wait for service of any kind was terrible
Love the atmosphere. Great staff and food. Most of their food is high in sesame oil. I asked the waitress if there was sesame in my food (lettuce wraps) and she said no only the sauce, which was not true. I don’t expect anyone to know the exact answer but asking the kitchen wouldn’t have hurt. Only ate a few bites since I can’t have sesame. The rest of the table ordered broccoli beef (so good), cucumber salad (also covered in sesame) although a few people still enjoyed it.

I expected a lot more out of this place for sure. That awesome statue out front really sells it. The atmosphere is awesome but the food quite frankly is better in the Frozen section at the store.

Ordered online. Called in after my order was 49 min late to have the girl in take out be extremely rude to me and put me on hold. Told me pretty much I would just have to wait until it gets here. Spent almost 100 on garbage food. I’m irritated that it couldn’t have at least been delicious I would have dealt with the crummy customer service. But no both crappy food and crappy service.

My wife and I had the best date night on Friday, Jan. 24, 2025, and it started at P.F. Chang’s. It had been a really long time since I ate at P.F. Chang’s and even longer since I ate at the Spokane location. Back in the day, I remember we always had to wait a long time to get a table but tonight we just walked in and got seated right away. We started with lettuce wraps as an appetizer and then we got honey chicken and Mongolian beef as our entrees to share. The food came out super quick and it all tasted delicious—just like I remember it. They may have retired this a long time ago, but they no longer make you a custom sauce at the table. With that said, my server brought me out two different hot sauces that really added a nice kick to my meal. Speaking of our server, we had Kayla. She was friendly, fun, attentive, and accurate. We appreciated how she took great care of us. The bill came to $73 which I think is a little pricey for just the two of us but we really enjoyed ourselves and the food was excellent.
It was my girlfriend's first time at Pf Chang's. Everything from our server to the food were top notch. She said she will definitely be back.

We have not been here for a long time but felt like eating out. We sat at the bar as it was the only available eating area. The bar tender although efficient acted like they were on speed, spilling drinks and breaking glasses and she wasn't the friendliest either. Our food came out fairly quickly for how busy they were and presented well but just lacked flavor. Sadly for the prices, I don't know if we will be back anytime soon.

PF Changs used to be really good but unfortunately I think it’s best days are behind them. I hadn’t been to a PF Changs in years and was very disappointed in my visit. We had a reservation which didn’t seem to matter as we were told to wait behind many groups of people and didn’t get sat for at least 10 minutes after our reservation time…despite many tables being available. In fact half the restaurant wasn’t being sat.
The service during our meal was sub-par as I think they were seriously under-staffed. Unfortunately the food was also not great. There was no care put into the dishes. The bowl of rice came out looking like it was leftovers from another table. The Singapore noodles didn’t taste like Singapore noodles and the dumplings came out lukewarm. It’s a shame their chefs have no pride in their work. We did, however, like the Brussels sprouts and the Thai Peanut salad.
We definitely won’t be back to any PF Changs again. I wouldn’t waste my time or money unless I knew things had changed significantly.

The Mongolian beef was dry and tasteless. Very disappointed. The manager did take it off our tab so I was happy about that. Ruined the meal though. We had asked the hostess to please not put us in the patio area, but she insisted. We wanted the dining room. We'd made reservations. It was cold in the patio area. This is the first time I've been to P.F. Chang's and not enjoyed it. The restaurant was really pretty though.
The meat was extremely dry in the Mongolian beef, but the dumplings were fantastic!
