I never had to post this but it’s been twice now ,and never have problem when we went in person to order food there, and We love panda but the think is ,we order twice and they never deliver to us but they put on the wrong adress,when I call panda they say ,they can’t give me refund because they didn’t took the food is have to be DoorDash ,then when I call DoorDash they say I have to call panda ask for the refund,so I call panda again and the lady say she can’t give my refund because they didn’t took the food!my kids never eat their Dinner just because we wasted all the money just to get panda and they never gives us refund or deliver the food to us!01/04/2025

We ordered food, it tasted like plastic, and it was burnt and horrible. Legit like A plastic spatula melted. It was got different chicken entrees and they both tasted like plastic. We decided not to call because all they will do is give us new food, but we don’t want to eat the plastic food. on the bright side Order deliver was quick.

Twice now, I have come to this panda and had to wait a ridiculous amount of time for orders that I placed online. The first time several employees didn’t even acknowledge my existence, and I watched them help several customers in line (the manager noticed me as he was heading on break and said something to me) the second time I sent my teenage daughter in who waited 15 minutes past our “ estimated time” while she was waiting in there, I got the text that it was done. She had informed them she was in there and 10 minutes after my text she still wasn’t coming out. I went in and they took it right off the shelf and handed it to me even though they knew she was there. The manager has been friendly although I have not spoke to him about this issue, It is the other employees that need to work on their customer service.
