Out of the last ten visits, perhaps thrice to be fair- have they got my order packed correctly to order. Bigger plates can frequently appear to be the same as a regular plate. And the worst of all, no matter how many times they ask and confirm the amount and specified sauces you want for your meal, (3&4 times) expect to be shorted nearly every time on sauces- even after confirmation. It shows they don’t listen and only ask the question. You can obtain your sauces if you make it awkward and ask after they hand you the bag, and then you will receive a nasty look and your sauce. It is utterly unwelcoming and uncomfortable..
I have called with kind manner numerous times to make positive change- and get customers what they ask for (I can’t be the only one) there has been no change and I hear laughing through the line.
I dearly hope a higher up sees this, it is a minimal issue but has great impact on happiness of your customers.

I ordered the firecracker steak and shrimp and there was literally (this is not an exaggeration), one shrimp in it. I usually like this location but idk if I’ll risk ordering that from here again.

The food was good! The service was the problem for me. The woman at the window was irritated and short with me the entire time I was ordering and paying. I asked for soy (I got two plates and a medium side of power greens) and she put 1 packet in the bag. I asked for more and without saying anything she threw a handful in the bag. I also ordered 2 medium dr peppers and got two medium root beers. Really a bummer because I paid 33 dollars and got the wrong drinks plus bad service :(

tiny tiny tiny tiny tiny portions.. way too many veggies and no protein.. sweetfire had more pineapple than chicken. chowmein had more onions than noodles.. this place is cheap on portion and quality..

I ordered on the app, the food tasted old, the noodles were stale, and the serving sizes were way smaller than when you go in. I ordered half and half, chow mein and fried rice, they didn't give me fried rice, and I asked for teriyaki, soy, and sweet and sour, and they didn't give me teriyaki. It sounds petty, but when the food is almost 20 dollars, you'd think they can at least get the order right, let alone have fresh food.
This place always has good food seems like the vegetables way outway the meet though.

Online and drive are priority don't bother dining in. You will be ignored and by the time you are helped you will be waiting for the next round of food to be cooked because everything was dished while waiting to place your order.
