We were craving Chinese food. We chose Panda Express...what a mistake!! They messed up my order, my husband's food was burnt, I had to go back n get my order corrected, n it tasted absolutely disgusting!! We'll never go back to that location again.

Bianca is VERY rude and dismissive. Every time me and my boyfriend come she rolls her eyes and mumbles under her breath when she's speaking to us. She needs to cheer up, seriously, or get fired. She makes spending the money not seem worth it.

My daughter got the white rice and shrimp and enjoyed it. My husband got half Kung Pao Chicken and half Beijing Beef. He said it tasted old and there was a massive piece of cabbage in it.

The food is great, and the restaurant is very clean and has very pretty decor and murals, though I wish the beyond orange chicken wasn't an exclusive time limited dish.
Panda, I had a really upsetting experience tonight. I placed an online order (kids meal, bowl, 2 orders of spring rolls. I came in 5 minutes late from the time my app said it would be ready. When I walked in not a single employee acknowledged me and 2 door dashers got asked who they were here for after I had already been waiting for someone to ask me. They were prioritizing delivery orders and then a gentleman came in and ordered 2 family meals, so I said I’m not delivering it’s my food how much longer will it be. They started it at this point I had waited 30 minutes for them to start it then was told it was going to be longer. I was genuinely upset for the disregard I got from the team. I get home and open my bowl to find it half full. I won’t be ordering from this location again…

This is the third time I've gone through the drive through and you charge me for a bag(no other fast food places do that.)My suggestion would be just include the bag fee in the total and make it easy for people who choose panda to get their food home. Not just that but not once did you include a stinking fork, or soy sauce or napkins. It's insulting and annoying. You ever tried eating your rice or chowmein with your fingers? I have now, and I make a mess and I can't even wipe my hands because you offered no napkins. You always remember to ask me to round up for charity and I always do.nyou always remember to ring the bell, so please be courteous and remember that we are wanting to eat the food.
