Good sandwiches and soup

Ehhhh....I got the full/whole chicken cranberry walnut sandwich & it was okayish, but barely had any cranberries or walnuts in the sandwich. Thank god I only ordered one item and RARELY ever eat or order food from here. I just get the feeling panera is slowly kinda going downhill. Hell if I know, but one thing is for sure is that reviews speak volumes & this location is 3.9 rating overall....soo yeaaa.

Good service but i asked for a bowl of soup and received a cup and got no baguette on the side. the bag is even marked like i did receive it. i was the only car in line at the time so i wish they got my two items correct.

It’s been twice now that I’ve had issues with this location. Last time, we had a lot of things missing from our order and had to go back to the store to get them (we had it delivered originally). This time I ordered through the drive in option, and my soup was spilled in my bag and the smoothie was mostly lumps of ice…

It is so sad to see how low customer service is in this place. I could care less that they have iPad order options. If someone comes and stands in front of the tills at the main counter and stands there for a solid 2 minutes (feels like 10min) and to watch all of these young kids ignore me was unreal. I work in retail and I would be furious if my staff treated a paying customer. I was hungry and excited and ended up walking out. Horrible experience.

Eleven cars went through the drive through before we received our food. The message, go through the drive through if you are in a hurry. They obviously get priority service.

Clean fast food. I have really liked everything we've tried, from breakfast sandwiches to the mac n cheese. My daughter loves the broccoli and cheese soup. It's a little more expensive than actual fast food but worth the price difference. I'm a fan and want to try everything now.

Kid-friendliness: Kid approved!

Waited 15 for a sandwich and some soup. Drove FIVE minutes home and my sandwich was soaking wet and unedable. Will NEVER go back! Absolute trash.

Dirty. Sticky. Expensive for what it is.

Love Panera bread! The ultimate comfort food for me and my friends. Got a grilled cheese and tomato soup on a chilly day and it was so yummy

Why do I keep trying this place? 4 times now I have visited the drive thru and they informed me that they didn't have one or more of the items that I was ordering. 6 o clock in the afternoon is prime dinner time. How can you be out of bread during a meal time? Then after the second time I called corporate and they only listen and offer zero solution. I am happy to say that I will not be back. I would encourage you to try someplace that actually has what their menu says.

First time to panera and all the tables were dirty, not impressed with the cleanliness.
