Food is always great and service is quick. Love the app ordering and drive-thru pickup. Quick and easy. The only downside is that just like everywhere else prices have gone up and portions are smaller. Good old shrink-flation. Oh well. Smaller portions is one way to loose weight.

This place takes so unbelievably long to do anything it’s embarrassing.

Everything was excellent except it was FREEZING in here! Also the music station was very obnoxious pop/hip hop for hours. The food was delicious and the service was great! Shannon was an absolute delight and went above and behind for our table, helping with an order for a disabled friend and giving us free brownies 🥰

Normally love Panera. This one, we arrived at least 30 minutes prior to close and we're told we would have to take our oder to go.

I must say expensive. The great sandwiches grape broccoli and cheese a great place to come once in a while I'll be back but not as often cuz it is expensive. I spent $56 for two people to eat add a sandwich shop. They're very nice very clean I love the selection of drinks self-serve.
Clean bathrooms by the way.

Panera, get your act together. Keto options would be appreciated. Others in my family like your food but I can't have all those carbs.
Still agree with my prior assessment. I'd like to add that you've removed my favorite, the flatbread pizza options. Another reason I rarely eat at Panera.

It has been over a year since I've eaten here. Everything was very good. My mother said her Greek salad was a little peppery. The people at the pick up window were amazing and helpful. The food is spendy, but I throughly enjoyed and will be back

The food is meh for the price. While the food is acceptable, I anticipate higher quality given the price I'm paying.

Furthermore, the water on the soda fountain tastes dirty. The taste has been unpleasant for more than a month, leading me to question whether the nozzles receive the daily cleaning they should. Considering there are crumbs between the seat cushions in the dining area that are not cleaned up daily (I came in at opening, and they were still there, and they look old), I doubt they do. With their staff, they should be able to keep this place much cleaner.

It's also difficult at times to speak with an employee who isn't working the pickup window. I really don't like bothering them since they are busy filling orders and dealing with customer questions about those orders. Often, the front counter remains unstaffed, with either no one or just one person managing a queue of customers. The line isn't usually long, but frequently 15-minute orders seem to be the norm, and waiting for that is tedious... Not dinging you here, people; use the kiosks. They are super easy and save your order for next time, and they show you all of the available options. If you still want that human connection, go use the kiosk to figure out what you want to order before going to the counter. It'll save your time and save their time, and even with Panera removing options all the time, there are options in the kiosk you may not know of by skimming the big ol menu wall.

Also, BRING BACK ONION AND CHIVE CREAM CHEESE! (Read as chanting, not as angry yelling. I really miss it, darn it. Y'all had better stuff than Philadelphia's equivalent.)

Be aware, even if you order online, you can wait a long time in the drive thru. Would recommend picking up your order inside.

Had a Philly cheesecake sandwich. Flavor was decent. Not much meat. Pretty expensive.

The person that waited on us took the time to look up whether there was Belk in the bread and we're so pleased with the effort and the food tastes outstanding
