The system glitches and I did not receive what I ordered and what was advertised. The process for trying to get assistance is incredibly frustrating. Chat tells you to do something, you do it and do not get the phone number. Find the store phone number and they cannot assist. Given another number that was incorrect. Dig around and find the correct corporate number to be told that a manager has to call you back in hours.
The store manager should have the tools to fix this. Customer service should have the tools to fix this. Papa Johns obviously does not care about their customers and would rather jerk them around than ensure their employees have the power to fix mistakes.

Where's the sauce?! If I could share photos I would, but its not good. Ordered two pizzas at a school function and the cheese pizza had NO sauce. Literally none. Very expensive no sauce cheese pizza.

I love being able to order ahead of time for a later time, they offer this here if you order online. The shop is pretty small but a good pick up type of place.

I don't know who needs to see this, but your delivery driver routinely cuts off everyone parked behind them for 20+ minutes when they offload supplies. USE THE ALLEY!!!! What if there was an emergency and people needed to get out in a hurry?

Usually get what I order but usually it’s simple. This one time I add extra toppings they mess it up. When asking for them to fix it, they had given us a tiny little sauce cup with some of the missing toppings barely enough to add to half the pizza. Guess I won’t be trying new things when ordering from this location again.

I am so torn. I like papa John's, well I did like anyways. Not sure i still do since the past few times it's been... meh. They used to be better than anywhere else (fast food pizza wise) but its not anymore. Dough quality, toppings, cook times it's not very consistent. Now days papa John's is the same as doninos. It's okay if you're STARVING but if u have an alternative? Order that instead

First off let me just say if I could have given zero stars I would have. I ordered 80 dollars worth of pizza to feed multiple people, when the driver showed up he had 2 boxes and I tried to tell him that wasn't my order he couldn't speak any English just kept looking down at his phone and showing me my address... Then after I took the wrong order I called the store and asked them if my order was still there they said it was and I asked if they would just send it over they said they couldn't do that.. they had to make it fresh we couldn't wait another hour for the food to show up so I asked them to void it... The manager on duty screwed up the void so she said the general manager was coming in at 7 and I would receive a call. The call never came I called back at 8 30 and spoke with the general manager she said she couldn't do anything about it and would email on Monday to one of her bosses.. I am going to just assume I will never see my 80 again but I'll keep calling it I'll go down there and ask for them to take my money out of the till and hand it to me... Either way hands down one of the worst experiences...

These people are working with no AC next to pizza ovens. It's 120 degrees in here! Their Corporate should come down here and work a shift because this is inhumane. If one of these people drops dead from heat stroke it will cost the company more than it does to fix the AC. hope it doesn't come to that.
The pizza was great, I asked for a few extras and they were so amazing, they offered plates and napkins as well. I didn't have to cook or even do dishes and the food was so good. The service was even better, very friendly staff, and they were busy.

Pickup order today at lunch and young lady running the place by herself was super polite and got our order prepared quickly. Pizza was great. Service was great. I suggest putting in a mini split AC for employees it was hot in there.

Didn't eat here just had a catering order to pick up the staff was so rude to me and pretty much accused me of trying to steal food wout coming out n saying it ,because a diff driver was listed because of a computer glitch.but because of there rudeness is rather die and starve to death than eat here!!!

Came in tonight and even though the manager was training a new staff, they both were so helpful. The staff helped me figure out what I wanted and sold me on a few upgrades. The food was great but the service was even greater!
I will always come back just to BS with the staff and get that amazing garlic stuffed crust pizza.
