I am so torn. I like papa John's, well I did like anyways. Not sure i still do since the past few times it's been... meh. They used to be better than anywhere else (fast food pizza wise) but its not anymore. Dough quality, toppings, cook times it's not very consistent. Now days papa John's is the same as doninos. It's okay if you're STARVING but if u have an alternative? Order that instead

First off let me just say if I could have given zero stars I would have. I ordered 80 dollars worth of pizza to feed multiple people, when the driver showed up he had 2 boxes and I tried to tell him that wasn't my order he couldn't speak any English just kept looking down at his phone and showing me my address... Then after I took the wrong order I called the store and asked them if my order was still there they said it was and I asked if they would just send it over they said they couldn't do that.. they had to make it fresh we couldn't wait another hour for the food to show up so I asked them to void it... The manager on duty screwed up the void so she said the general manager was coming in at 7 and I would receive a call. The call never came I called back at 8 30 and spoke with the general manager she said she couldn't do anything about it and would email on Monday to one of her bosses.. I am going to just assume I will never see my 80 again but I'll keep calling it I'll go down there and ask for them to take my money out of the till and hand it to me... Either way hands down one of the worst experiences...

These people are working with no AC next to pizza ovens. It's 120 degrees in here! Their Corporate should come down here and work a shift because this is inhumane. If one of these people drops dead from heat stroke it will cost the company more than it does to fix the AC. hope it doesn't come to that.

The pizza was great, I asked for a few extras and they were so amazing, they offered plates and napkins as well. I didn't have to cook or even do dishes and the food was so good. The service was even better, very friendly staff, and they were busy.

Pickup order today at lunch and young lady running the place by herself was super polite and got our order prepared quickly. Pizza was great. Service was great. I suggest putting in a mini split AC for employees it was hot in there.

Didn't eat here just had a catering order to pick up the staff was so rude to me and pretty much accused me of trying to steal food wout coming out n saying it ,because a diff driver was listed because of a computer glitch.but because of there rudeness is rather die and starve to death than eat here!!!

Came in tonight and even though the manager was training a new staff, they both were so helpful. The staff helped me figure out what I wanted and sold me on a few upgrades. The food was great but the service was even greater!
I will always come back just to BS with the staff and get that amazing garlic stuffed crust pizza.

The pizza was incredible as always Papa John's never ceases to amaze me on how they step up their game every time I order. Well order again Papa John's is the best

Ordered Doordash from this location tonight. I was very excited to try Papa John’s for the first time, as their menu looked very appealing and I wanted to try something different for my fiance and I’s monthly pizza night. However I was met with a phone call by my dasher, and my dasher proceeded to tell me they didn’t have the drink option I ordered; That’s totally okay, and not even what bothered me, I’ve worked in fast food before and work in retail now, and understand online isn’t always accurate.. What bothered me was the employee (possibly manager) on the other end of the phone (Not my dasher obviously lol) giving me attitude that she had to substitute my drink because Doordash was inaccurate with the soda brands they carry. Reading other reviews it seems the manager at this location is fairly rude as well, I would not recommend this location.. Being nice, accommodating, and creating an environment people want to eat/order from or come to again is very important in customer service, they lack it seriously. I understand having a rough night, possibly being slammed and low staff, however that is never a paying customer’s problem. I hope there is a change in the team and management there soon or this location wont last much longer.
