“It's always a great experience at the store on Ruby. The people are enthusiastic, cheerful and efficient.
Parking: I don't know how many spots there were but I know that when we went to pick up our pizza there were plenty of open parking spaces. They also have handicap parking“
“Despite just ordering on the app moments before arriving they were already preparing my order and bumped it up in the line since I was there already. I love how they are prepared with my order when I arrive or prioritize it if in process. That’s of course not to say they bump me ahead of anyone already waiting. Pizza’s are better topped than anything baked and delivered and always fresh!“
“I order papa Murphy's at least once or twice a month, and we are always satisfied. ? It's awesome how you can place your own order online, so simply and easy, and then your order be ready for pickup always before thirty minutes. ALWAYS. ?? My advise is that Alfredo sauce should be on your menu .“

“The manager of this store is so kind and understanding.!!! I have epilepsy and the flashing sign affected me being a bright white light.! I asked them to consider turning it off for me and anyone else it could affect.! They kindly turned it off and apologized and even sent a note out to other branches in town to consider doing the same.! All in all she’s an amazing manager and person and has a great team working as well…! Pizza is usually always on point but my last order was littler messy and the thin crust was not thin thin like it usually is. Was a medium fluff to thin. But I know they would have taken care of me if I called.! Overall 5 stars.! ?“
“They were so awesome ?The whole crew went way beyond what is usually asked of them. They all pulled together to get my order done the way I needed it to be. I also came in at a busy time, so they were very apologetic....
Dietary restrictions: My son in law is very allergic to mushrooms, so they made ? sure that there were no mushrooms on the pizza and that they had clean gloves on.“
“This establishment was quite a wonderful experience. The man on till got me to get a couple sides 😉 they are absolutely amazing and I think I might just grab some more next time I go in!!! The crew looked really jolly and have a great system of things. 10/10 experience will go back again sometime soon.“
“I ordered my NYXL as in the past from Prescott Valley store. The first few bites were fine but then caused a terrible taste and made my mouth inflammation like black pepper. I stopped eating it called the store at 5pm and spoke to a man who identified himself as the supervisor. since I had an un-eaten pizza I wanted a replacement for dinner. He advised they don't use anything that makes it hot except the spices. He refused to acknowledge the terrible taste. My mouth is burning and I was unable to sleep Friday. Either their "spices" addition is bad or the employee exceeded designed portions. Beware of this February 21, 2025!“

“Ordered online and once I walked in the door, staff greeted me and inquired about my order. Had it ready to go as always. Popped it in the oven and it was perfect. Super easy and there are often coupons if I need to save some cash. The staff are always cheerful, which is something since they are mostly teens!! The owners are usually very supportive of the community with fundraisers too.“
