We probably have ordered the NY Pizza 20 times from this location, have always been able to substitute the sauce for creamy garlic. Yesterday they wouldn’t allow us to do it. No reason give just that no substitutions allowed, even when I explained that they have done it numerous times. Very disappointing. Seems ridiculous to upset a customer over a simple request, just to uphold a corporate policy. A policy that shouldn’t exist anyway.
