Online orderd an hour before I showed up at my pickup time. When I arrived they told me I was early even though I was 5 minutes past my pick up time and had an attitude when I called them out of the pick up time. Had to wait 25 minutes for them to complete my order. The order ended up being wrong too and had to scrape off green onions when we ordered green peppers.

I use to love this place Tonight we ordered a family Hawaiian pizza and it literally only had 10 pieces of Canadian bacon on the entire pizza. Some of the pieces cut did not even have any Canadian bacon on them. What a shame and what a rip off! If you don’t want to add any toppings to your pizza then don’t offer any toppings! Or at this point just shut the place down! When you order a pizza that has toppings then that is what you expect to get. Not some where is not even enough to get it on every slice you cut. Ridiculous!! Monroe, Wa.

That pepperoni was sliced so thin it was transparent. Shame on you pepperoni doesn't even cost that much! What did you shave off your cost? 12 cents?

I ordered my NYXL as in the past from Prescott Valley store. The first few bites were fine but then caused a terrible taste and made my mouth inflammation like black pepper. I stopped eating it called the store at 5pm and spoke to a man who identified himself as the supervisor. since I had an un-eaten pizza I wanted a replacement for dinner. He advised they don't use anything that makes it hot except the spices. He refused to acknowledge the terrible taste. My mouth is burning and I was unable to sleep Friday. Either their "spices" addition is bad or the employee exceeded designed portions. Beware of this February 21, 2025!

Trying to order online but the website (AND APP) keep saying they cannot accept my order regardless of payment method. Called the Belgrade Montana store to place the order instead and the girl gave me a smartass attitude and told me that they didn't honor website pricing.

We went into the Muncie location one where we watched them touch money, the phone, the register, and walk over putting gloves on then making our pizza…meanwhile sickness is at a high. Wash your hands-it’s really not that hard. It’s other people’s food you’re touching. The food wasn’t that good either which it usually is.
