Ordered three cheese steaks and doubled up. So ultimately 6 cheese steaks as we did here they were small. With delivery charge, automatic tip and all it was almost $80.00. We received half our order and they told us they would review in the next 24 hours for a refund. I would never order from this place again. It was a first time and a last. Sad if your business’s whole plan is basically delivery only and you cannot even get that right.
Worse business ever. Ordered food, they cancelled my order and never reimbursed me. I have made several attempts to rectify this and they are not responding.
We order from them through door dash and when the food got here 1 of the things was completely the wrong item, another was missing ranch and the side of chipotle mayo. Our door dasher went back up there and we called and had them remake it but they wouldn't give it to the dasher. So my husband had to go up there and get it. We paid to not have to leave and for our dasher to be denied our food is unacceptable.
Absolutely disgusting, steak was over cooked and super dry, put 2 pieces of fake cheese on top. I was missing the sauce to dip the donuts in. The fries were old and cold and my sandwich was cold and open. Never will order from here again 🤮 the food is un seasoned as well, bland asf. Threw it in the trash
I wouldn’t recommend ordering here, first order will be wrong which then you think it’ll be fixed by re-ordering but no it’s come back even more wrong the next time just don’t waste your time or money on this place.

Needs improvement. The first time I order via doordash, the food arrived in a IHOP takeout containers. The frys were cold and soggy. Just nasty. I thought it might me because I order so late at night. So the second time I ordered, I ordered tatortots and got chicken tenders with at least 5oz of hot sauce in a cup. They forgot my cinnamon dippers. And my cheesesteak was in a plastic takeout container, when the receipt states in should have been in a foil wrap. It appears this location is doing their jobs half way. Need better quality control. Better management. I will never order from here again.

The worst cheesesteak I’ve ever ordered from anywhere. The chicken were basically 1oz pieces with zero effort into cutting the pieces. A slop of sauce everywhere with no possible way of eating this without a fork, steak knife, and a spoon. Turned this into an enchilada plate basically. Will never order here again

This place does not make their advertised sandwiches. This has to be the worst waste of time and money. Ordered a few of the chicken cheesesteak sandwiches. Both had thick slices of chicken and a piece of cheese. No cheese sauce anywhere. If you look at their menu at what it should be versus what I posted, you'll see a big difference. Sad that they screw over customers. They definitely owe me a refund or prove they can make it right and offer a replacement. Overpriced and terrible.

FALSE ADVERTISING! I raised hell with UberEats and am after these fraudsters. Their homemade brownie bites for $9 is just a literal sad brownie in a wrapper. They couldn’t even bother to take the wrapper off and cut it up into bites. This is a $4 item MAX. Then there’s the “cheesesteak.” I’ve never been to Philly but I know what a cheesesteak is and it ain’t it. Anyone from up there would be offended by this place calling their cheesy chicken chunk sandwich a Philly Cheesesteak. The description advertises thinly sliced chicken. The chicken was clearly from a bag of frozen chicken chunks probably from Sam’s Club. I doubt any restaurant supplier sells frozen chicken chunks that bland and dry. To cover up the dryness they ABSOLUTELY DRENCHED the sandwich in watery cheese sauce, so much that the hoagie was soaked and fell apart in my hands and the wrapper was melted into the bun completely. I couldn’t even peel it off, it had disintegrated into pieces from drowning in cheese sauce. This is such a shame as I like a sloppy, greasy cheesesteak. But don’t try to pass off chicken chunks as a cheesesteak especially WHEN CHEESESTEAKS IS LITERALLY ALL THAT YOU DO! Pissed.
