Well, this was strange. I went to to the PI for a retirement get together for a coworker from SHMC. I hadn't been there for years. I ordered 1 beer. I didn't know how much it was, so I gave the waitress $6. She said it's $4.50, grabbed the $6 and walked off. When I went to leave for the evening the same waitress came up to me and said "you need to pay". I told her I paid in cash for the 1 beer I had. She insisted that I had ordered several drinks while I was visiting with other co workers. I did not. I told her I paid for the 1 bud light I ordered in cash. I don't know where the confusion came from, but she was very insistent and rude. I was with my husband the whole time. He had to step in and inform her that she was mistaken. She threw up her hands and said "whatever" and stormed off. I will not return for a repeat visit with that sort of behavior from the staff.

I was disappointed. The website paints a good picture, so I thought I would try it. I stayed at the Madison Inn for an appointment with the Eye Clinic. I went to the bar, loud music and they were busy. I could find no place to order food. The staff looked at me as I stood there and walked off. As if I was not there, I went back to the hotel and ordered a pizza. I'm guessing it's not for seventy-five-year-olds. I should have been there thirty years ago.

We tried The Park Inn because we heard about their broasted chicken and we were not disappointed! It was so good! The chicken and the Jojos were so fresh and delicious. Our waitress was also great and was awesome about answering my questions regarding the food because of my one year olds allergies. We will definitely be going back!

Not great, not terrible. I was a big fan of the Reuben I ate, but service was a little slow the night I was there. Definitely get a beer instead of trying your luck with the cocktails.

Always amazing! Their Broasted Chicken dinner is the best chicken in town. Highly recommended!

I like this place. One of the best fried chicken that I had for a long time. Plave was very crowded when I arrived but they were able to accommodate me fairly quickly. I'm from out of town but I will come back to this place.

Absolutely nothing negative to review about Park Inn! We ordered the Broasted Chicken, Cheeseburger and drinks and the food was delicious. The chicken absolutely lives up to its rating as one of the best in WA. EVERYTHING was clean; tables, floors, bathrooms. Definitely a hidden gem we wish we tried sooner!

Great atmosphere, great service, and great food. I've been coming here sporadically for 15 years and it's always been the same. Very lovable neighborhood bar with a full restaurant attached. Pin ball, TVs for watching sports, and wings the size of your face. A not so hidden, hidden gem on the lower south hill. Burgers and pizza are my go to's.

Came to Spokane to see a comedy show and ended up here for food and drinks. Service was outstanding and the burger was really good. Love a locals spot like this. We'll be back next time we come through Spokane. I had a chance to chat up the owner when I was in there - really friendly guy.

our waiter was very on top of it and great sense of humor.... the food was hot ,tasty and a good portion with great value. the bar was packed but we pretty much had the restaurant to ourselves. sad they dont do fish n chips, but broasted chicken and nachos hit the spot. and who dont love pinball?
