Stepping into the Peacock Room Lounge is like traveling back to the Jazz Age—its stunning 5,000‑piece stained‑glass ceiling immediately sets the stage for a truly memorable evening . Whether you're here for a pre-show tipple or a late-night unwind, the atmosphere is undeniably vibrant and welcoming. Sophisticated travelers mix effortlessly with friendly locals, and the open‑seating format fosters a warm, sociable vibe .
Cocktails here are a highlight, the award‑winning double martini is a must-try, but the creative signature options (like the Peacock Room’s namesake mix) stand out as well . The wine list is equally impressive, boasting thoughtful selections that pair beautifully with appetizers like the Cougar Gold cheese dip and the Prime Rib French Dip sandwich .
Service is consistently professional and attentive, and the historic Davenport Hotel setting adds a layer of elegance without feeling stuffy . It can get lively around happy hour and weekends, so I recommend arriving early to secure a great seat beneath that gorgeous ceiling. All in all, the Peacock Room Lounge is a top-tier spot in downtown Spokane for cocktails, conversation, and that unmistakable vintage flair. Highly recommend! 😊
Dropped in for a meeting after work, both was quiet and private.
Great service and food!!
Excellent experience here. The food and drinks are top tier. The service was beyond good.
Nice spot to drink and dine if your staying at the Davenport. Bit pricey for the food.
Beautiful bar in a luxurious historic hotel. Friendly bartenders and great drinks.
Great drinks, staff is very entertaining
If you want a retro, elegant bar experience you'll enjoy the Peacock room. Great service and ambiance every time I'm here (about 4-5 times a year). I rarely "dress up" these days, but I like to throw on a tie and jacket when I'm there just for fun and I always order their classic martinis.
We went there with another couple last night. Two of us had ordered the $64 prime rib. The prime rib was so tough and had so much gristle, not tender at all. The mashed potatoes were tiny, maybe 1/4 of a cup. Very overpriced for the quality of the food. The service however was great and the bar is very pretty.

Great food and beautiful atmosphere. Miss having Dan be our regular bartender. Hands down he makes the best drinks!! I haven’t seen him in the Peacock during my last couple of visits.

The blandest burger I’ve ever had in my entire life. Overtly greasy, the bottom bun was soaked before I took my first bite. Try some seasoning. The drinks are subpar and overly priced but I guess that’s to be expected. This isn’t meant to be a mean review but an honest opinion on the food. If you’re going to charge high prices have high quality standards

Wow. An amazing place within an amazing place. Jesse is a fantastic person and bartender. Very good dude (pictured along with the stained glass ceiling of the bar). Give that man a raise!

Disappointing - have been stopping by for years when in town for work. Sat down for dinner after an event and ordered the $25 steak bites - received 5 very meager cubes of steak on some old brown lettuce; food arrived lukewarm. There are much better alternatives within just a few blocks - lower prices and much higher quality.
