The food was SCRUMPTIOUS, over all. Decent portion sizes and lovely presentation. Our server was really nice and didn’t bother us too much but checked in with us just enough. I got the Benny, and the hollandaise sauce was delicious. My only complaint is that some of the egg white was a bit undercooked.

Unfortunately my experience was pretty rough from start to finish. I think this place has some potential but maybe avoid it if it's too busy. I got the seasonal pumpkin latte to start which was pretty but it was room temperature. Following that I got the Thanksgiving special - 2 eggs Benedict on a sausage waffle crumble. The eggs were overcooked to the point that they had solid yokes like a hard boiled egg, the hollandaise sauce had decent flavor but it had a tart zing to it which is hard to place if that was a good thing or bad. The metal chair I was sitting in had rough and sharp metal edges that I didn't notice but it did snag my pants and I got lucky they didn't rip though. I touched the metal edges after and they're extremely jagged and dangerous. Overall, I want to like this place but it's rough around the edges. The one positive thing was the waffle my wife got had a fun crispy edge to it that was like a waffle cookie or a waffle cone and waffle hybrid.

I've been meaning to try this place out the last 2 times I was in town, but they're always packed! I finally caught them on a slow day.
I got the BLT which came with fruit. The waffle itself is delicious and flavorful, the bacon is thick cut and cooked perfect, and the fruit was fresh (but definitely add a side of their homemade whip to pair!). The only drawback is there was just too much garlic aioli, it was almost overpowering.
Service was nice and the environment is calm and clean. I would've loved to try the sweet waffle sampler, but 1 waffle for $16 is crazy considering the other stand-alone sweet waffles are ~$16 for 2 waffles...

Had brunch here this morning and it was amazing. The sweet flight is soooo worth. My fiancé got the chicken and waffles and added the gravy and he was very happy. The service was amazing and if you get the chance, the window is the perfect spot to sit.

The food here is really good, and that's why I haven't given up on them despite the fact that they only answer their phone about half the time, and whatever time they tell you your food will take you can be sure to double it. However, after calling them twice today and then not answering I decided to just pop down and get my order to go. The voicemail said they were open 7 days a week so I assumed they were just busy, like most of the time when they don't answer their phone. However, the voicemail is not up to date, and they're actually closed today. I wish I would have known that before driving all the way downtown and paying for parking.

This was absolutely the best breakfast I have ever had. Being a celiac makes it hard to find gluten free food let alone a whole restaurant that is. Candace was so sweet and fun to talk to while we were there. I am from Nebraska and honestly this place is a reason I will keep coming g back to Spokane
We stopped here multiple times during our trip. We sought this place out based on their ability to handle dietary restrictions for a person with Celiacs. The flavors did not disappoint. Some of the best waffles I have ever had. The servers we had both times were very helpful and friendly.

I really loved all of the menu offerings with the one exception. Gluten free is only good if you only eat gluten free. I think the toppings, presentation, price are all really good but I don't see myself coming back for gluten free offerings.
