Ordered delivery, the pizzas arrived hot and on time. Issue is the crust. Bland, undercooked, wondering if it's house made. Much of a let down unfortunately.

What has happened to Pete's. Lots of toppings were not fresh, they were pre-frozen toppings. Just sad.
In fairness, we had a large group on a busy day. That said, I understand that we had reservations in advance. They were shortstaffed, and the pizza oven was not sufficient for the size group that we had plus their normal busyness.
We ended up waiting over an hour for l food. I discovered one thing though. I did not like their princess. It may appeal to someone, but not my taste. The crust was fan and crispy. Not my favorite. No other options.

Way overpriced and low quality! I gave the service a three-star because the girl I spoke to was amazing with great customer service but the guy was rude. I called to make an order, the girl I spoke to was very nice and very helpful. I called back a few minutes later to add something to my order and the guy I spoke to was rude and then he just hung up on me without saying anything. He had an attitude like he doesn't like his job. So I got there and the girl that helped me when I was paying for my pizza was very nice and polite and pleasant. So I get my pizza home and it was a terrible sloppy mess that I couldn't eat with my hands I had to use a fork and knife not to mention the fact that it was a $30 pizza. It was a medium pizza with pepperoni jalapenos onions black olives green peppers and tomatoes and again $30 totally not worth it. I was thinking I was going to get a really great pizza for that much money but sadly it wasn't. One time I came here and got a pepperoni jalapeno calzone and it was excellent but another time I ordered a calzone with meatballs and ricotta cheese and it was mushy pasty the dough was undercooked it was bland and a total waste of money not to mention the fact that it tasted burnt. Maybe I'll be back, not sure 🙄
