A/C is not on, no air circulation - hot and stuffy in dining area. attendants "don't have access to thermostat" .
Had to listen to British punk rock from streaming channels in London.
Made the meal completely wrong - was a special request for my wife's birthday. marinara sauce is salty.
why do the sandwiches no longer come with chips? why do you guys cut your sandwiches at an angle instead of the normal way? what the hell are you guys doing?
I picked up my order to go and it was absolutely burnt to a crisp with no toppings and the box was literally falling apart. Horrible!
