Have door dashed a few times and it was always good. Decided to go in for the first time the other day and HOLY SHIT. They need to be inspected or something asap. Hair in food. Not just mine but my girl as well. Hair in the condiment chili as well. The spoons they provide on the table were dusty. Service was alright. But the bathrooms were disgusting. Overall very disappointing, will never eat anything from this place ever again.

Ordered a grilled pork sandwich waited twenty minutes just for the hostess to come out and tell me they couldn't make my sandwich simply because they had another customer with a big order and wouldn't have the time. Used to come in regularly but not anymore. They prioritized a big order over one loyal customer and now they lost a customer forever.

Order over 100 dollars worth of food for pickup. Drove clear across town because I was told it was the best Vietnamese in town.
When we got there , they had given our entire order to someone else. Accidents happen but they didn’t care at all.
In my business if we mess up we apologize and we comp meals for free.

Pho. Good amount of food for the $. This is #14. Broth was ok. Didn’t come out very hot. Meatballs seems like they were the frozen ones. Ordered honeydew boba. Tasted great boba was fresh but it was not blended well & they forgot to bring it so we took it to go. Not thrilled with cleanliness. Restroom stunk. We came here because of reviews on Spokane Food Finder. Disappointed I have to leave an honest review though Y’all…

So whenever I oder through doordash I either get my food from "Pho Van" or " Pho Thinh. Pho Thinh is slightly cheaper even with thier delivery fee. BTW if you ask for extra meat in your Pho soup when getting it delivered MAKE SURE YOU CHECK THE BROTH!! CAUSE THAT'S WHERE THEY'LL STORE THE EXTRA MEAT. Last time I ordered extra meat I didn't notice "inside" the broth till much later. Oh and another thing I noticed when looking through thier "Extras" menu that they have a much cheaper pho under ten bucks, next time I'll haft to try it & hopefully it's still there.

PLEASE READ LOW REVIEWS MOST OF US SHARE THE SAME STORY!!! It’s actually so scary that I have to type this out right right now, but I ordered from Uber and all of my pork wontons that they served me were raw and when I called I heard her laughing over the phone while talking to the chef and just told me to microwave it no apologies whatsoever. I do not think that you guys understand how serious this is.

We were eating our lunch when one of the ladies from the kitchen came into the dining room to retrieve bean sprouts from the refrigerator. She dropped several out of the bowl as she was walking back, picked them up and put them back into the bowl. We used to eat there frequently but we won't go back. Ick.
We came in 10 mins before closing and they were more than happy to stay open for us. Their service was great and some of the nicest people I know. The food was some of the best I have had in Spokane, the portions were perfect and great desserts. Would absolutely come back and try again!!!

My friends and I have tried many dishes here, all of which were incredible. The taste was authentic, and the restaurant was clean and had a warm atmosphere. The staff was very friendly and helpful, too! We will definitely come back here again.
