First time trying Pho Van tonight. The food was good but the waitress spilled my ice water all over me and my bag. My husband’s tea didn’t come out until after dinner and when I was trying to pay and leave, the younger male busser clipped me so hard when walking past he ripped my nail off. I just got my nails done two days ago and oh my god did that hurt with them being so fresh. I did get an apology but that was all. For $50, that was an incredibly horrible experience and I will not be coming back.

Service has gotten slower and slower over the past year. We also ordered, waited 30 minutes only to find out the order hadn't been put in the kitchen and staff did nothing to rush it after that point. Food is fantastic so it makes it hard. If your in a hurry, this restaurant isn't for you.

Best Phô and Vietnamese food in Spokane & Eastern WA. Fantastic wait staff & cooks, busy at times but that doesn’t change anything about the quality and quantity of food here. My take out order was still steaming hot and scrumptious even after a 30 minute drive home. This is best food anytime but for me, especially when I have a cold or feeling ill. It’s liquid healing for my soul!
Dietary restrictions: Good vegetarian and gluten friendly options with same delicious & healthy ingredients.
Wheelchair accessibility: Ample parking and easy entrance as there are no steps.

I really like the pho here because when you order through doordash this restaurant gives you the option to add extras such as extra meat, noodles, broth ect to your pho soup. Vina doesn't give you that option when ordering through doordash. The broth was pretty damn good surprisingly. I have no idea how the service is in person though cause I haven't dined in.

I've gone here in the past and overall had a good experience today however, after walking in and initially getting help (menus and water), the waiter opted to completely ignore me and my son. We waited 5-10 min and a party with 2 ladies and a baby walked in and immediately got assistance and their order taken. We still had our menus in front of us. I walked out. Not sure what it would take to get service. Don't go hungry, you may not get any help at all
