We live in Tacoma so we have delicious pho everywhere. On our way home from a family vacation, we were craving our favorite meal and were pleasantly surprised! The Steak and brisket was tender enough, The broth was flavorful And the regular Boba milk teas are pretty good.
The customer service was excellent and timely, our food came out quickly, and the prices were about average.
Just passing through Spokane on I-90 and had a craving for Vietnamese food on a Tuesday around 3 pm (many restaurants in Washington state are closed on Mon and/or Tues and some close for a few hours every afternoon). We were happy to find Pho Van open all day and thrilled their food was incredibly tasty! We had the most flavorful tofu vermicelli salad, shrimp pho (in chicken broth), and spring rolls. The pho broth was good, but it didn't match the quality in California. I ordered a bowl of brisket and steak pho; however, I noticed that the color of the steak was mostly white with just a bit of pink, and it didn't taste like beef or steak slices.

If you're dining in with young children who still need a highchair, I recommend bringing your portable baby chair, as their highchairs are extremely dirty.
