The smoothie sours that this place produces will knock your socks off, you will not taste a better sour anywhere else, Lego nights on Thursdays are a great time, highly recommend this place the people behind the bar are lovely aswell!

I was underwhelmed by the space and feel of the place. But the quality of the beer and the friendliness of the staff more than made up for it. Add the fact that Los Habaneros will bring food over to the pub, and you have a winning combination.

Excellent variety of beers they brew and a few guest taps, clean, great service. Cribbage and Lego competitions.

My room was set up like a little studio. Cool layout. The bed was comfy, hot water with a tub which I really want. The sitting area was part of the bedroom and you could watch the TV from the bed. The outdoor lights were super bright and pointed right in the window though.

Nice clean hotel great tv access, internet and breakfast. Front desk staff and everyone Kitchen staff and dining is excellent. I e stayed at this hotel many times through the years and there’s never any surprises.

Great beer, staff, and location!

We love the North Spoke Best Western! Staff is courteous, hotel and grounds very clean. The early check-in feature does not work on the app. I arrived a few hours early anticipating an early check-in. To my dismay, this was not the case. Additionally, the fee listed on the app is erroneous as well. It is shown as $20 but is actually tiered based on how early you’d like to arrive. Fix this!!! I have no patience for blatant poor customer service issues created by situations like this.

Very friendly and welcoming staff and environment! My first experience here was in October 2022, and we have returned 2 more times since then. The first time as a solo traveling petite female and again with our family of 4- very comfortable beds and very efficient AC, accommodated a late check out and breakfast stragglers after a late night out at an event. I felt safe here, most of the surrounding businesses close early enough that foot traffic stops nearby earlier in the night. There is however a 24hr gas several few blocks west that is busy at all hours of night- I was uncomfortable in this mart for a late night stop for water. The hotel parking lot is super brightly lit at night, every entry was well lit- we used the pool too and it’s a comfortable setup! Our second stay, my son forgot his headphones in our room, we stayed the next night with the wedding party’s hotel and came by the following day and they were there waiting for us! We will continue to use on our trips to Spokane!

Typically, I stay at Marriott properties because of of points. However, this hotel was closer to the college we were visiting, so I booked it. Honestly, not expecting a lot. Wow - was I surprised! The customer service from start to finish was excellent! Our room was sparkling clean, beds were so comfortable, wifi was fast, and the complimentary breakfast was delicious! This was a wonderful find! We will stay again when visiting the Northern Spokane area!

We can always count on this BW to be consistent with our expectations! From check-in to room cleanliness and other facilities, this team always delivers. Stayed here once for business, all other stays have been for family visits.
