I used to love going to pita pit, even thou the guy that works there with the beard had terrible service and made you feel tense, I always felt bad for the people that had to work with him! I’m surprised he is still there, the customer service industry is just not for him! Maybe time to find something that makes you happy? But couldn’t pass up tasty food! Now that they changed their menu, it has gone way down hill! I went today and had the worst most dry pita ever! I always get sour cream and there was 0 in my pita! Bring back the old ways, it was nice to be able to pick and choose what went in our pitas, that way toppings are never forgotten!

A friend and I had our two worst pitas today. They have caved in to skimp/shrinkflation. Next to no meat on pita, and now they make a smaller pita under the counter instead of at the salad & condiments bar. Ordered a philly steak and got a lettuce and dough pita. No taste. After years of business, I wont go back. I should have got a few big macs instead.?

Will definitely be coming back!! The food was delicious and filling, and left me feeling energized and healthy, unlike a lot of other foods these days. The man that helped us was easygoing and friendly, happy to answer questions.

If it's not broke do not fix it. The ordering system was fine the way it was now they want you to customize your order at the register. The old way was much easier.

Why are your employees closing the store early? We came 20 minutes before close tonight to get food and the guy working already had the doors locked, and had closed. You guys are already closing early for winter so to close even earlier is lame. Extremely disappointed.

Our pitas were made well. It wasn't missing anything and here wasn't too much of anything, it was just right. However, the man making the pitas was more than courteous and knew how to make a great pita. His customer service was impeccable. This visit made me want to return! Bravo!
Parking looked tough but actually turned over quickly and was easy. Food was great and fresh.

The food was great. Having tried very little mediterranean in my life, I wanted to dive in and get some new tastes. Enjoyed everything. Great food and good service.Parking: Going on a busy night, it might be difficult to find parking as there are many other businesses that share this parking lot, but it shouldn't be an issue most of the time.

I loved this place as a kid so I came back yesterday to see if it was still good. For the most part, it was great! The food still tasted great, but as I got into the middle I bit into something hard. I looked and it was the entire bottom part of the lettuce. The part you cut off. I was in a rush so I just pulled it out and finished the rest, but super weird. I'm not sure how someone managed to put it in with the already chopped lettuce, and also not see it when making the wrap. I'm hoping it was just a one time thing and isn't a mistake commonly made

Aways have loved Pita Pit, and the food remains good at each location. This location seemed to have a lot less welcoming atmosphere than most. When I walked in, I felt like I was being rushed even though there was no one else in line and only 3 people sitting at tables.
