Really love this place and the owners. Super sweet and have a great atmosphere. More open concept with lots of seating spread out, so you don't feel super cramped. They make the best matcha latte I've had in the area, and my wife loves their coffee. Definitely a go-to for us.

Great staff and coffee okay. The scone I got there unfortunately was not; it looked like an ugly grey/greenish lump, covered with a layer of melted sugar. The other pastries there were unappealing as well so this was the one I chose. - was supposed to be some kind of berry scone. It was utterly tasteless. When you spend 9 dollars or so with tip these days for a coffee and scone it's nice to be rewarded with satisfaction. I only write this so they will upgrade their pastry department. Otherwise it is a nice place.

The coffee is great and they have some unique drinks. It's a great spot to study or meet up with friends. Quiet (but not too quiet) atmosphere. Reasonable prices.Parking: Parking is in a lot around back or street parking out front.

Coffee was burnt and way over priced. Space had the atmosphere of a second rate cult.

Beans were burnt and did not make a proper latte. Personally don’t understand the hype.

I have never been to this place before, and only came in today because I had heard about their partnership with Shine 104.9 and had a coupon from Shine for a free drink. When I walked in, Chris gave me an enthusiastic greeting that honestly felt like he was genuinely happy to see me. Not fake like some places I've been. He was very energetic and took the time to make sure and ask all the right questions to ensure I got the drink I really wanted. It smelled fantastic inside, so I decided to buy a bag of coffee as well. Chris took me over to the coffee wall and explained the differences between the various coffees. As I was listening, I was also sipping my freshly made drink. MAN OH MAN was that probably the best coffee drink I've EVER had (and I worked for Starbucks for 5 years in Dallas). I left Starbucks for Wake Up Call as a customer, but Pitotti beats them both by a mile. As I was leaving, Chris enthusiastically greeted the customer behind me by name! Same enthusiasm I got even though I've never been in there. I was super excited to try my new coffee when I got home (I ended up buying the "Strong" blend) and it is everything I hoped it would be. Dark, rich, full, not at all bitter, smooth as glass, and very forward on the notes of hazelnut, oak, & caramel as the label states. My only "bummer" is that their location is not super convenient to my house (I live way out in the Valley and they're in the Garland District), but this coffee and the service with a smile is definitely worth the drive, and even worth leaving a little early for work so I can stop by on my way in (work up by Holy Family Hospital). Way to go, Pitotti Coffee! You have a new loyal patron.

I have been here several times, and without fail, I am greeted like you would family, smiles, kindness, and a feeling of family. There's always some new fun drink or food to enjoy while sitting back and enjoying a meeting or connecting with a friend. The Garland district is one to check out if you're in the area or visiting.
