Super tiny location, but I get it. No dine in eating and now that I'm actually thinking about it.. really any pizza parlor is tiny inside. Great tasting pizza and I love their bread sticks! Hands down, both are the best tasting at pizza Hut. I love pizza Hut because there's just the right ratio of sauce and cheese on the pizza. Brad could use a little more seasoning, but super fluffy, soft and really hot and fresh, everytime I've ordered. I always go to the pizza parlor though, no matter where I choose to order from, because I find that the food is the most hot and freshly made right from the oven to your hands. Only thing I did't like about ordering from here, is that there only ever like, one, maybe two people inside making the pizzas and taking orders. So, after arriving, I'm always looked at, barely, if even at all, acknowledged, up until an employee actually comes to take my order. Even if there's a pick up order and the employee comes to help that customer, there is never any indication that someone is going to take care of you, let alone how long and when. So customer service is rarely impressive.. but as I said, there's really only ever one worker, so.. I'll give them that, but still.. how hard is it to acknowledge your customer, even when your busy? Especially in a store that small. Moving forward, all around, I still give them 4★'s.
Parking: Very open parking space and somewhat larger area for parking considering how small this location is.

Arrived at 21h00 ,all the lights were off only the lights at the counter were on ,there was only 1 lady there who was doing the cooking and the counter,she prepared all the food without gloves , the meat on the pizza tasted funny and my chicken pasta had no chicken and the cream was cold and runny. I'm from South Africa and we eat at Pizza hut all the time. This is not the quality of food we are used to .

I didn't get food here but my boyfriend did. They were open fairly late and had a friendly and funny (in a good way) guy at the counter. They also have an electronic sign that tells you your name and how long you have to wait which I don't remember other locations having. I mainly go to the Airway Heights one. When I do eat here I like the pizza with traditional pizza hut crust or the BBQ boneless wings. They are way better than Domino's and they will give you extra BBQ sauce if you ask. I also like that they come in the globe so you can shake them up and coat them better. There is also the nostalgia factor from when I was in Elementary school and did the Book program. I live reading so I was always getting stickers on my pin and earning free personal pan pizzas which were so cool.
Vegetarian options: They have cheese pizzas and I think they might still have a salad bar. So if you're vegetarian and stuck going there you can technically find food.
Dietary restrictions: They have always been goid with my dietary needs/allergies.
Parking: There is plenty of parking. Their lot also has extra parking spots leading into Panda Expresses lot so there are tons of spots.
Kid-friendliness: They have the personal pan pizzas. Also as a kid I enjoyed the salad bar (and still do) but that just might be a me thing. As far as I know they still do the book program so that's a plus in my book.
Wheelchair accessibility: I think there's wheelchair parking but I'm not 100% sure.

I received an email from your company for a free large pizza for my pizza the prior evening being late. I tried to use the code online, it did not work. I called to use it and your store manager told me that she wasn't aware you were still offering this deal, I gave her the code and she said it was working but that I have to meet a $13 minimum for it to be free, in what universe does that make any sense that you have to prepay for a "free" item? You just lost mine and my family's business for the foreseeable future and I will be sure to make everyone I know aware of your scam. Such a waste of my time and money! Your establishment used to be worth while on the past but now I can see that all you care about is greed! Shame on you! Honestly if I could give you a zero rating I would because you do not deserve even close to a 1.

Need to learn proper customer service as they had left me standing at the front counter for over minutes while they helped other people behind me. Took forever to get my order placed. Then upon picking up the order, they took an extra 15 minutes as opposed to the time on the pick up screen! I used to love this place no longer will be that way will take my business to little Caesars
Almost $6 for delivery fee plus a tip. I won't be using Pizza Hut delivery anymore. I bet the drivers don't see any of the delivery fee.
