Ordered my pizza and sides at 1139 am. Said it was out for delivery at 1224pm. Got a call from the driver at 1244 pm that they were lost in my apartment complex and had circled multiple times. My food came over an hour after I ordered it and it was cold. Not a good experience at all. If your driver is lost contact the customer when you arrive for directions instead of circling around lost. Will not order here again. š«¤

Trash prices they changed their prices to double of what they used to be 2 months ago I just paid 32 dollars for a 17 dollar pizza.

I used to give these guys tipsā¦ used to. Every time I tip them, my pizza would still come out just not right with barely any sauce or just barely any cheese so I stopped tipping them specially since my last order I ordered in advance and it was 30 minutes of my husband sitting there just waiting for it even though I ordered at 1pm and I had to pick it up at 4pmā¦ that was a sad suprise birthday party for that kid-to be simpleā¦. Well, I got pizza today and thereās like barely any sauce on it. I had to put my own seasoning blend all over it. Everyone should stop tipping here until they can get it together. I donāt tip for low grade blandness. I could do this job better and not skimp onā¦ sauce. lol Atleast it was cooked good this time and the topping wasnāt messed up. Idk. They could just do better considering this is another experience here thatās just sub-par.

Pizza was apparently ājust being boxedā once it was ready i was like what? It definitely didnāt feel warm like a fresh pizza box. The pie was cold as ice. I knew better but I gave it a shot anyways. Donāt do it. Pizza Hut is not what it once was. Support somewhere local, but even dominos runs laps around this crap.

Horrible from the moment I got the text that my order was on its way. 40+ minute later being .6 miles away from the store. Lieing on the app about when the pizza was actually delivered and then when calling in and wondering what is going on you get to speak to someone, James, that could care less that your order hasnāt shown up like it says it has on the app.
