The pizza was good. I was disappointed with the slivered Canadian bacon, but that is my only complaint.

Employees suck

Wrong crust, pizza is old and cold. Can't even file a complaint with pizza hut because of system errors. This is why no one likes pizza hut anymore.

The pizza I ordered was honestly terrible. The pan crust was tasteless and stale, almost like they just forgot to season it and the pizza itself flavorless and lukewarm. Overpriced food that just doesn’t have quality or value. It’s like buying the cheapest frozen pizza with no flavor and reheating it.. Good luck trying to use the app because it will crash and hold your points so you cannot use them. I will go back to dominoes from now on.

New restaurant with a timless franchise, favorite amongst many, atmosphere of yesteryear lingers in memory with a fresh new feel, expect the same greatly taste and quality from years past. Fountain sodas still exist and resemble the past with high carbonation and classic fountain soda flavors, wisking away thoughts of teenage angst and family dinners. It's a true favorite of summer.

If I could, I would give this zero stars. This evening, we tried to place an order online, and the site kept crashing, so we finally got it ordered with the app. We set it for delivery and paid the tip. Over 45 minutes later we got an email saying it was ready for pick up. We tried calling the store multiple times, and the system hung up every time. The automated line would even call back and hang up. Finally we just went down to the store to find out what was going on. The employees were all clueless, said it was the system, and gave us our food. When we got home and looked, it was obvious the food had been under the heaters for a while. With all these issues we will be ordering Domino's from now on.

I received a call from the manager and found out that their phone lines roll over to a call center. DEFINITELY VERIFY WHERE the person is located. It's a complete game changer! Manager was amazing, provided EXCELLENT customer service and made things right and then some. Definitely appreciated the completely different experience.

Error with online order, called store, explained the issue and without saying anything put me back on hold for almost 8 minutes then disconnected the call. In store the person picking up the order told them of the in issue and they refused to change it unless I went into the store in person even though I had called.

I ordered pizza from there website and my card was charged but the website claims I did not order food so I called the shaddle pizza hut to figure it out and twice I got hung up on and they say it's not there problem I was charged by there site because it didn't go thru to them I have to take it up with my bank not them for being charged by pizza I find that rude and weird

The wings were awful ?. The pizza and melts were fine. First time trying the melts and I'm a fan. But the wings were terrible. Almost no sauce to cover the taste of how bad the chicken was. Pretty disappointing ?

I used to never have any problems with this location. I ordered 2 medium sized pizzas and 2 personal size for my kids. Found strands of hair in all pizzas! The personal size had more strands of hair! We are so disgusted we never finished them and toss them all straight in the trash!

I asked the guy to tell me the specials and he kept saying well tell me what you are looking for and I’ll know what kind of specials to tell you about? I want to hear the specials and he just keeps asking me what I want so he knows what to tell me. I want to hear the specials all of them and so he hung up on me. I know you’re busy but you’re not saving time by asking stupid questions

They have okay deal sometimes just not very big on Pizza Hut pizza
