Ordered a large pan pepperoni with extra pepperoni, extra cheese and extra sauce. There was barely the usual amount of sauce. The pepperoni amount did not equal “extra” but then one slice more than the set amount would be considered “extra” hmmmm? No way at all was there extra cheese. Very disappointed. Very disappointed in deed. We will not be ordering from this location again.

Delivery was 15 minutes late, food when it finally arrived was cold and saturated in grease. Not even my pizza loving kids found it very edible. Definitely will be a long time, if ever, we get pizza from them

Order was supposed to be ready at 5:55. Sat and waited as about 6 others came and went with their food. Finally went up to ask how much longer it would be at almost 6:30, only to find it had been sitting in the warmer for who knows how long!? Got to the car and realized they forgot our cheese bread. Went back in to get it but got home to find it was garlic bread not the cheese bread that I paid extra for. Only got one of our 2 orders of fries. Also didn't get the ranch or blue cheese dressing for our wings. They definitely need to get it together.

I ordered the daily special 3 topping pizza the delivery girl krissy was so awesome, really nice and happy and made me feel special as a customer! On the phone I specifically asked for any stuffed crust deals that might be going on and unfortunately I couldn't afford it but after my delivery I realized i not only got what I ordered but a stuffed crust on top of that! I been having a hard time in my life lately and this has really made my day, thank u wandermere pizzahut!

I ordered my order online and it said that my order was going to be ready at 6:55 so I get to the store and once I pay I get told it’s going to be a nether 20 min they don’t even offer a drink or anything for having to wait longer then I was told online I won’t be back very disappointed in the service

I'm dissapointed. I didn't even know they remodeled but, the remodel looks cheaper than the original atmosphere. I can't help but wonder what the owner was thinking when they decided a remodel was necessary. The atmosphere is drastically different! Every single table was dirty, the dish pit/clean-up area with the fountain machine, or whatever it is is disgustingly dirty. The lids for cups weren't stocked and even though the place was remodeled, they didn't even manage to fit a garbage can instert in their blueprints. I can hear them chatting, yet they can't find time to clean the place up, and my son and I were the only customers inside for almost 30 minutes, and that was just a pick-up customer. I probably won't be coming back.
