Ordered online, delivery was right on time. Pizza was not fully cooked, it was like the dough raised up a little too much so the center was not cooked. Either the dough was older, they didn’t toss it properly or the oven was set too high and the pizza was not in long enough.
Will order again one of these days to let them try to redeem themselves just not today

Told me at least 45 mins, showed up in 15 mins. Thank god my roommate was home to accept the pizza or I wouldn’t have been able to have it. Probably should be a bit more accurate with the time you tell customers the pizza will be delivered….

Wish I could give this place negative 3 starts it took almost two hours to get my food and every time I tried calling to check my order they would put me on hold and hang up on me over and over again and again I started to worry thinking I got ripped off for $50 ended up making dinner just to have it show up last min I’m unbelievably pissed off it would have took literally answering the phone and communicating to save me from wasting money and food super unprofessional I don’t think I’ll be ordering from here again and it’s a shame cuz I really did like pizza pipeline

Ordered a large garlic chicken supreme with some breadsticks. The lady on the phone was extremely nice and was able to help me navigate my order and made my whole ordering experience so easy! I believe her name was Katie. Thank you pizza pipeline on 57th for going above and beyond for your customers! I will definitely be back!!!

Granted, I ordered a pizza from them through DoorDash. My order was correct on DoorDash, but when I received my pizza, it didn’t have any sausage on it. I know it may seem small, but we tried to call and see if if we get a new pizza ordered and we’re willing to bring back the old pizza for a new one they told me they couldn’t do anything, because it was ordered through DoorDash, and they weren’t willing to correct their mistake on the label that they printed, which showed that they did not follow a simple direction as to reading the full order and making it as ordered , I’m very disappointed because the last three or four times we’ve ordered pizza from them. It’s very subpar , and I feel very disappointed as a consumer that they can’t read full details and fulfill an order correctly.

Great price. Amazing pizza and incredible service. So friendly and kind. Feels like most pizza joints have only been getting worse and more expensive, but Pizza pipeline is still OG and amazing!
