The lady is rude
Food was good besides the rotten avocado. Called and they tried to explain they said it was overcooked, no it smelled rotten and was super brown. Got offered 15 percent discount wow I won't even be going there next time. Poke King 👑 way better but they were closed.
Hmm, what can I say about Poke Express. I like this Poke Express better than others around the city. The service is okay, not the friendliest group of people, but I think the owners have to do the service and support some of the time and they don't seem to be happy about it at all--very pensive looks on their faces, not very warm, engaging, or delightful. However, they do have great food, selections, shakes, boba tea, and the prices are fair. So, if you're dying for a shrimp bowl with a coconut shake that has tapioca boba--make this place the target of your obsession.
The lady working there on 1/8/26 at noon was awful. No greeting, no expression, no help…might as well have a robot work here.
Small scoops of decent food. Worth the price if there isn’t anything else where you are traveling from, or have specific dietary needs. Staff have been unfriendly to friendly. I order online to save time, and often they have not started my order till I come in, even when the store is empty. Boba is average. Tofu is a good vegetarian option. I had a more negative review earlier but some things have improved since then and I have gone back several times to a good lunch.

lady working was rude. be a kinder human! don’t care how good the food is, if you’re a miserable person and gonna talk to people crazy then i’m not coming to your business 🥴
Yummers
Ok tea. Some of the boba I got were hard and clumb together.

Tried this place twice. The first time the food was good the second time the rice was undercooked and the tuna tastes like it bad. I did like the toppings and the sauce. The employee doesnt make tou feel welcomed
Just as you would expect from a Poke Express store. Tight ship, clean food area and beyond and a friendly, helpful, competent employee. Food was fresh and excellent tasting.

I love this place! I go all the time! If you like sushi you'll love poke bowls, it's like a bigger, better, messier version of sushi rolls. You get way more for the price of 1 sushi roll and you get to customize it the way you want! Like raw fish? They got it. Don't like raw fish? No problem, they got several options instead. Avoiding rice for dietary reasons? Also no problem! They have spinach or spring mix you can use as a base instead. They have like 12-15 different stuff you can add to your bowl. You get 6 before you need to pay for extra. Then they have a ton of sauces! Get the first free, anything else will be extra. And then a topping (I always go with fried onions, the best!) I love sushi but it was so expensive and didn't really fill me up. And it was always hard to find a roll that had what you wanted and none of what you wanted to avoid. Poke bowls are the best! Affordable, you get more and you can customize! If you love sushi you really need to check this place out! I think you'll love it!

Missing toppings for online order. Cucumbers were so thinly sliced they were not crunchy. Spicy mayo was way too hot and not what you would get at a sushi place. Avocado was extra and they only put in a small amount. Can't compare to Poke King downtown. Would not order again
