I went in to get boba with my two friends and the worker took their orders just fine, but then when it came to me I was completely ignored and left standing at the counter until I eventually asked which counter I should order at to which she responded “ Oh 🤨 you wanted something? You should’ve told me while I was over there…” and I was just like sorry I didn’t want to interrupt but she was just completely rude the rest of the time.

Amazing restaurant my husband and I have been getting their food for a long time and it’s always fresh and yummy. Customer service is amazing.

I come here every Monday for boba and most of the employees recognize me to the point where they start making my drink before I even order, which is great cuz I get the same drink every time 😂

Great food. Service is fast and the staff are friendly as can be. Good atmosphere as well, I always feel welcome.

i went there with my partner and ordered 2 milk tea boba and it tasted horrible. they pre-mix their tea and they either let it spoil or use a bad mix but we have never had boba that tasted so bad, i had to go to a different place across town to get the bad taste out of my mouth.

This is the best way to spend your time. the people there are so nice. and the Boba is so good 😍

Poke Express and Boba is my go-to spot for boba tea in town! I ordered the taro smoothie with tapioca, and it was so fresh and flavorful. The tapioca pearls were perfectly chewy, and the smoothie had just the right balance of sweetness. Whether you’re craving boba or something refreshing, this place never disappoints!

Favorite boba in town!

Dang. I just ordered poke express via Uber eats, never been to poke express so idk if it’d be better in person - i just opened up the box to dive in, and I think someone straight up dumped an entire bucket of sauce on this. Also the rice is practically frozen.
I’m pretty upset because I really hate to throw food out when I shouldn’t have even spent the dime in the first place - but this is not edible.

Best food!! This place should have 5 stars. Everything was clean and the poke bowl had more options that I had ever seen! Also the deal is stellar for what you get! I got a poke bowl and Shae was one of the nicest humans I ever met. She helped me with the options since it have not been before and I am from out of town. Shae was so patient and gave me way helpful and truthful advice like the small poke bowl actually really fills you up! Also I accidentally asked for a milk boba not knowing it had some black tea in it- I don’t drink caffeine and she offered to make me a knew one! Customer service has never been better. She was kind and helpful to another customer that visited too. The lavender smoothie was stellar. Also Shae let me do half and half of the base and protein which was awesome. Everywhere up charges certain proteins but all the proteins were the same price. If I’m in the area again I’ll definitely swing by again.

Vegetarian options: There were even two types of tofu for protein
