Was there on Sunday this was the nastiest meal we have ever been served. We didn't eat it gave us one meal off but should never have paid for any of it the drink was absolutely nast as well . County steak dinner and Fish and chips still left minus 60 dollars.
Food was ok. Way overpriced.
I absolutely love this place! Delicious food, good prices, and great service. The building itself it beautiful and there are a lot of different items for sale. From homemade jams to old fashioned candies. I recommend you go here and try their food!!
Went in on Fathers day with my family and i ordered the prime rib. It came out and pretty much felt like it came out of the walk in. I was polite and asked if it could be heated up a little and the server obliged and brought it back on a warm plate... STILL COLD!!! So i said i would like it warm like it supposed to be and they said "We will get you another." So they did... another even colder piece of prime rib. At this point I was done trying the prime rib so i asked for another meal. Something hot and they not only made me keep and pay for their cold prime rib but they didn't even offer to take off the second order. Worst experience ever. I will never come back there again... EVER...
We wanted to go to the Texas Roadhouse, but it was packed with a 90 minute wait, so we decided to go to Prospector's.
Most delicious food but super pricey. My 15 yr old daughter ordered a $16 salad and $5 milkshake. A little more than I wanted to spend. All staff was super friendly and attentive.
I celebrated my birthday dinner with my family here. We had Trish as our waitress and all I can say is she is AMAZING. The best customer service that we’ve had in a long time! The food was great, we will definitely be returning! Hopefully on a night she’s working.
Shared a meal because they are big. Only 4 stars because after we were seated, no one showed up for over 15 minutes, almost left. The food is good and the wait staff tried their best to make up for forgetting us. Strange thing is we were right there in front of them the whole time.
My wife had prime rib cooked perfectly. My liver and onions was very tasty as well. Portions were more than enough. Food came out in a timely manner. Spicy chicken egg rolls became a personal favorite.
It wasn't a busy day and it took FOREVER to get our food. In our opinion the food was ok, but far from great. The burgers were kind of dry, but the mashed potatoes were great.

Spent 30 dollars on the ribeye, ordered med rare. Came to table barely warm and super rare. I politely sent it back to be corrected. The servers were polite as well.
Not very busy. Plenty of seating and parking spaces available. Staff were pleasant and friendly. Food typical eggs and sausage along with potatoes were are very good and nicely prepared and presented. Recommended for locals and visitors.
Steak for husband overcooked, baked potatoes very old, taste terrible, told us vegetable came with a steak dinner, no vegetable. No salad, no soup with $29.99 dinners there extra. Prawns were good the rest was just not good! Good service for the most part. But the food quality & cook that put it on the plate!.... not something we'd go back for. Over $100 bill .. we won't return... sorry!
Portion size was good. Staff was very good. However the prices are a bit higher and the food did not live up to the price level.
We've been going to the Prospector for years. We've had meals ranging from family breakfasts to Thanksgiving dinner there and have always enjoyed it. Excellent foor, huge servings, good service and a nice atmosphere make it a good choice for any occasion.
