Dropped by this place on a whim because I saw they had a happy hour that lasted until 6. The server / bartender was super welcoming and friendly. She recommended us a great cocktail! We loved everything we ordered, especially the Brussels sprouts. Portions were large and we had more than enough, but everything was well priced during HH. They also have a salad bar which I will be trying next time. Great atmosphere, great service, great food and drinks. Try it!

Cozy little place, great little salad bar. Seemed underwhelming at first, but was actually really good! Had the grilled cheese - unimpressed, was pretty bland. But my girlfriend had the cheese steak and it was really good. The apple tart was really good too!

My first stop in Spokane after leaving the airport. Fantastic soup, delicious fry bread. Great service! The ladies working made me feel instantly at home, which doesn't happen often when you travel alone.

Drinks, ambiance and bartender was absolutely great! But sadly, the food was subpar and did not reflect the price to quality equation. Only the drink was photo worthy. In summation, great spot to hang and drink, but unless you are adequately drunk/ buzzed & or just dont know what good food is... eat or dont eat here! I truly wanted to write a 100% glowing review, but just couldn't.

The fried chicken sandwich was disappointing. Very thin and dry chicken.

My fiancé and I just enjoyed a wonderful dinner together at Pure Northwest! Despite them apparently having a large birthday party in the back, the atmosphere was mellow and warm, and their team was extremely quick and super friendly! :)

We loved their truffle fries, chicken tenders, and grilled cheese sandwich with Tomato Basil soup!

Everything was cooked to crisp perfection and marvelously seasoned! also loved the beautiful lights and holiday décor!

Can’t wait to be back!! We left very happy!

I ordered the Impossible smash burger, salad, stuffed salmon mushrooms, and dessert. Everything was so good! They also had great options at the salad bar. The atmosphere and music were perfect—you can dress up or go comfy and fit right in. We’ll definitely be back!

I want to give more stars, but alas I am vegan, and while they did try to accommodate me, there were very few options. The salad bar was surprisingly good if you dont mind cross contamination. The server was young, and not very knowledgeable. We were responsible for filling our own water, despite the dining area being pretty empty when we arrived. Very relaxed and friendly vibe, I just wish the food was more vegan friendly and service was a little better.
Great place for non-vegans for good happy hour specials probably.

Server recommended the easy peasy (drink) and the steak sandwich with truffle fries. The combo was amazing. Have to stop in and try this next time you are in the area.

Pure Northwest is incredible! The newly remodeled space is stunning — from the modern, curated furniture to the gorgeous patio that feels like its own little escape. But the real highlight is the charcuterie-style salad bar. It’s so unique, beautifully done, and honestly one of the coolest concepts I’ve seen in a long time.

And the espresso martini tree? Absolutely phenomenal — creative, delicious, and such a fun experience to share.

The staff is also incredibly friendly and welcoming, which makes the whole place feel even more inviting.

I also loved how kid-friendly the space was, making it easy to relax and enjoy. Such a perfect mix of great flavors, great vibes, and thoughtful design. Highly recommend!
