The first worker who began preparing our food was very nice then it moved a different whose name tag said “MJ” who aggressively threw our food together while glaring at us. I felt very unwelcome ordering my food and don’t go here.

I stopped in late, which I try not to do (right before closing), because I find it rude. This is why I appreciate the way all the staff took care of us late customers. They all seemed positive, especially Oscar. He was quick to make my food, and it was perfect. After a long day, I found it interesting how clean and stocked the food line was. The place was spotless. Thank you Qdoba night crew.

Side note: I wish the soup was still served year around. Please tell the Qdoba CEO that we need it all year! 🙏🏽

The place was extremely busy when I came in. The staff were clearly overwhelmed, but they persevered and handled things admirably. They even managed to be gracious. The food was very good.

Absolutely Horrible Experience – Racist and Disrespectful Staff

If I could give zero stars to the Qdoba on Division, I would. The experience my friend and I had here was completely unacceptable, unprofessional, and borderline racist.

We simply asked about portion sizes after paying $12 for bowls that looked like kids’ meals. Instead of responding with basic courtesy, a staff member rolled her eyes, looked at my friend, and muttered, “God, are you complaining?”—incredibly disrespectful and laced with attitude. That alone was enough to ruin the experience, but unfortunately, it didn’t end there.

I asked for lettuce, which I was told they didn’t have—yet I watched the same girl aggressively chopping it right in front of me. She continued to glare at my friend, talk trash, and call us names loudly, while we stood there. Completely uncalled for. As someone who works in the service industry and is a General Manager myself, this behavior is beyond unprofessional.

When customers bring up concerns at my establishment, we apologize and make it right. That’s called customer service. What I experienced at Qdoba was a perfect example of what NOT to do—dismissive, aggressive, and discriminatory behavior that management clearly allows to slide.

This location desperately needs a wake-up call and a serious overhaul in training. Staff should be held accountable, and management needs to remember that customers are not the enemy. I will never return to this location, and I’ll be sharing this experience with everyone I know. If you value respect, fairness, and even basic decency—go somewhere else.

Update 2025: decided to try again after my bad experience last time. Disappointed me AGAIN! If I order ahead of time and specify a time for pickup. My order should be ready when I arrive. Ended up having to sit and wait for my order for over 15mins. Even though I ordered an hour ahead of time.

I said I'd never come back here... And now I remember why.

They are slammed and the dudes that work here can't move any slower.

I put an online order in 40 minutes ago, I'm still waiting.

I get when it's busy, it's busy. But why allow online orders that say pickup at 533,and it's 609 while I type this. Still waiting on me food

Whenever food is delivered from here the portions are 1/2 the size. I was missing 3 items off my bowl. This isn't ubers fault. They send food out because they are not face to face with the customer. Its laziness and carelessness.
