The customer service wasn’t great. One of the guys working there seemed miserable and like he didn’t want to be there and not very friendly at all. The portion sizes are insanely small, especially for the prices. I asked for guacamole and got maybe half a tablespoon. Even after finishing my meal, I was still hungry.
Overall, it felt like Qdoba is basically a Chipotle, but with worse food and much smaller portions. I think I’ll just drive a little farther and go to Chipotle next time.

Online says you’re open until 10pm but it’s never open when I come here and it’s 9:30pm. That’s so frustrating.

I tried this restaurant for the first time yesterday and it was terrible. The queso was cold and congealed, the guacamole was gray and the burrito was mainly rice with a few beans and veg but very little. Will not be going back.

We used Qudoba to cater a baby shower today for 35 people at our home. Marina showed up, set up the serving trays, was on time professional. The food was excellent we had lots of leftovers and everybody was impressed with the food and service. Highly recommend and will use them again .

Every time I come here they seem to be scraping the bottom of the pot and they always come up short but then he tells you oh well! It’s too hard for him to refill and give your fair share coz they lazy!!!

Ordered from here a few weeks ago, didn’t have queso or guacamole to start. Came again today and it was just all around a bad experience, the guy serving was unbelievably rude, got a large queso and he filled it up halfway, was running out of rice and instead of waiting he just gave us small scoops in each of our bowls, now looking at my bank statements there is an extra $3 that was charged from the total that i paid in store - he didn’t give me my receipt to sign so i’m assuming he added a tip to it. The only reason i’m giving 2 stars is because the food is good, but the service and experience was horrible.

This restaurant is located across the street from Sacred Heart Hospital to the south. The Manger was very helpful getting together a catering order. Food was great. Build you own tacos worked out well. I'll be back.

Terrible service, had no rice ready with no customers in the store and very few online orders. Only a few employees wearing hats/hairnets. Got 2 bowls and chips and cheese and it took them 25+ minutes to do it with 4 employees there. No communication or leadership in the store.
Staff ignored several customers and it was extremely long wait. Kitchen looked dirty and grill had old food scattered all across it. Customer service very bad. Bummer

Wow the customer service here is awful. I ordered online using the qudoba app and received nachos with no queso. I called to see if this could be resolved and the store manager offered to credit me for queso or to refund my order so I asked her to refund it and then I was immediately yelled at and told it was my fault for ordering online and then she hung up on me! My bowl clearly says quaso so it's not my fault that it was forgotten. I called back to speak with someone else and was screamed at again by the same woman saying she refunded my order and told me I could not talk to someone else and hung up on me again. The store manager at this location is rude, unprofessional and obviously way to emotional to handle anything. I'm so disappointed with the customer service.
