Can't ever make the order correct. Paid extra chicken and ordered fajitas and black beans. None were in my bowl. Manager didn't even apologize!

Martha was AMAZING! By far the best experience here. She was so kind and welcoming to the kiddo and had us giggling the whole time! Thanks for the fun!
I recently moved to Moses Lake and missed QDOBA. My wife and I were excited to see one on our trip to Spokane. The amount of food was so skimpy. I have never been hungry after eating a bowl from QDOBA. The staff was rude. The cookies, chips and rice were stale/hard.

Terrible service. I understand that you’re busy and had a lot of orders, but I stood in line for 20 minutes and was still waiting in the same spot. They only had two people working while the place was packed. One girl, with an arrogant attitude, was making DoorDash orders, while the other guy was just walking around cleaning the grill and basically doing nothing instead of trying to serve customers. I’d rather not come back here again. 0.

Frequently visited, frequent problems.
Rude service, missing items often, ya know service in general all around is down, but this place it feels like they want out of there so bad it's just pain staking to even go through the process.
Last time there tonight, I walked out without ordering

Kinda gross 🤢 doochy workers and expensive prices icky food all make this a less then appealing dining experience, this place should have gone out of business just like all the other restaurants that were in the same building..

This is literally the best Qdoba in Spokane. They always load up the bowls so well and have perfect portions. The employees have been nothing but kind every time that I’ve been. Everything always tastes so fresh.
I probably sound like a bot, but I’m literally that in love with this location. Go. Thrive. Tip. Enjoy.

Adam and his coworker were awesome when my fiance and I stopped in for lunch today (10/10 approx 2:20 pm). Everything was fresh, quality, and delicious. Their customer service is on point! Give Adam a raise. ???

This was our first visit to one of these restaurants, and we were a little lost as to how the menu and ordering works. The young man who took our order was rather surly, and not at all helpful. After we finally ordered and collected our food, we had to ask one of the staff to clean a table for us as every one was dirty. The meal was very tasty, and we were quite satisfied with it.
