Let me start by saying that generally I love the food from Qdoba. Imagine my surprise when I walked into the Spokane location to see what looked like a small lake had formed on the floor. The entire area was dotted with puddles of various sizes.I didn’t let this dampen my spirits too much and continued to order my Qdoba favorites. However, the staff member assembling my meal and handling the register seemed as if he'd find watching paint dry more engaging. The food was as good as always, but the state of the facility and the lackluster customer service left a lot to be desired. To whoever is managing this location: it might be time to check in on your team’s morale. They’re drowning over here!

Posted closing is 10PM. Went in today at 9PM and all the hot trays were already pulled and cold trays covered with plastic wrap. So, if you’re reading this, they close at 9PM.

The guy behind the counter on Sunday March 17, 2024 around noon was an absolute beast. He should get a raise because no one would help him at all. He managed over 15 people by himself while having great customer service. Please hire more people so you don't stress that poor guy out.

They're supposed to be open at 10:30AM but 10:45AM came around and the doors were still locked

The last 3 times I have stopped in for lunch, the bald guy preparing the food has added things I either didn't ask for or said I specifically didn't want. The first time, he added chile crema (not a huge deal I like spice) the second time he added black beans after I requested no beans, this made the meal quite unenjoyable as I don't like beans in any way. This last time, he again added chile crema. It is just annoying that he adds what he wants, he doesn't confirm with the customer that they want it. I don't need confirmation on everything.. but if you aren't sure what someone is saying, don't guess. I'm not going to have them make me a new one as it's food and it will serve it's purpose. There was also already quite the line behind me, it also didn't help that it took multiple minutes in-between customers for them to start preparing the next item.I guess what I'm trying to say is, be careful and watch them make your food, especially if you have allergies.

I work at Sacred Heart in Spokane. We dash over to Qdoba on a fast break for food. The last time the place was nasty and dirty. Today the guy stood on the line stirring food and told us he is the only one working and it will be 15 minutes B4 we can order. I agree with the rest of Sacred Heart, we wish a restaurant would go in there that provides food to hospital workers. Will not return again. I agree with my work peers. Why bother.

Foods amazing..... the service not so much. Been there alot recently cause of door dash. Have had them forget several items numerous times and there staff has been short and rushed almost every time I'm in there. The room kinda gives off the high-school lunchroom look especially when it's so busy there's nowhere to sit usually most nights. Foods amazing though so I give that area a 5-star.

Placed an order half an hour before pickup, and was ignored when asked where my order was when I went in to pick it

I love the rice bowls here and the chips. The customer service is always good. The only criticism is that the tables, etc, are often not clean, I'm guessing due to lack of a full staff.

Your staff lacks the ability to divide the ratio of slicing the fresh produce your facility provides on menu items.Onions, you suck at slicing onions.

I love qdoba on division. I decided to try grand (this location) out.food: (cons) The chips were burnt. There was a stem and shell in the guac. they forgot my tortilla shell, so the burnt were felt. (pros) the chicken was bomb and so was the guac flavor. (neutral) they were out of ground beef and shrimp, which is what i was going to order.service: (cons) I think the employee could've wasted the burnt bags of chips or said they were out. I really made the nachos unpleasant experience. (pros) Polite and clean. They let me know they were going to wash their hands and glove up. Asked if id like a bigger bag to carry everything. (neutral) said they liked my dress.atmosphere: i don't eat there, so just a perspective of ordering out. (cons) the flow of traffic can be confusing at this location (pros) clean (neutral) it's easy to zone out here.

The employees are great, but the food has been lacking the last few times I've gone. The chips are usually stale or too salty. The bowls of food themselves are half full and I've just been a bit disappointed overall. I used to love going to this location but it seems that it is understaffed and its food has decreased in quality.

I just wanted to give a shout out to Damon who is hands down my boyfriend and I’s favorite person to get our food from. He makes the best bowls in Spokane and he always has a great work ethic and attitude! Even though we live closer to the division Qdoba, we always make our way up here just to get a bowl from Damon! I got to give credit where it is due and appreciated. To Qdoba management, this guy deserves and is overdo for a promotion! Thank you Damon for your work, it doesn’t go unnoticed!
