4 people stood there chatting while a line of 8 ppl started to form. Then 1 person helped while the others chatted. The sign outside advertising free taco for taco Tuesday… workers had no clue, didn’t know how to ring it up or even what to do. I really felt like I was an inconvenience for showing up.

Having previously worked in food service, I don’t normally like to order or visit a restaurant in the last hour of their open hour BUT tonight I did. The worker, Lily, on the counter was an absolute sweetheart and so kind when I showed up to pick up my order.
She was so friendly, had a smile and did not at all seem inconvenienced by my visit. I have horrible social anxiety and really struggle to be out in public and she made me feel so welcome and at ease. They had to make more queso for my order but she had the rest of it all ready to go when I got there. This girl is wonderful - please make sure to give her appreciation and make sure she knows how valuable she is!

I'm a frequent visitor here. The quality of the food has always been hit or miss, which is expected for a fast food restaurant. However, for over a year now this location has been severely understaffed, leading to consistently long wait times. It's a rare occurrence that my online order is ready less than 20 minutes after the estimate provided by the app. It's often up to 40 minutes after.
To be clear, this has nothing to do with the employees; every single time I've had to wait, there have been one or two people absolutely working their butts off to deal with a flood of customers and orders, and they are often very apologetic about the wait. There are simply not enough people to deal with the traffic this store gets.
This review is not based on one bad experience; it's been a problem for the vast majority of more than a dozen visits over the past year. The failure of either management, the franchisee, and/or corporate to staff the location correctly leads to a terrible experience for customers, and almost certainly a worse experience for the staff. I would be shocked if this location doesn't have a much higher than average turnover rate, because it's hard to imagine working for much time under these conditions.
I wish I could review the food here, but unless the staffing issues are corrected, it's essentially irrelevant. Any well-made meal that comes out of this restaurant (and I've had several, I wouldn't keep coming back if it was always gross) is a miracle that happened despite all the conditions that have been created outside of the employees' control. It needs to be fixed.

The staff were not very friendly. They kinda acted like we were an inconvenience to them. They could not get our loyalty points to load. We did come in a big group of 7. It was 5 and a lot of the options, we're gone, and they were not willing two get more out for us.

The food was good, but they would not cut the burrito in half when I asked them.

Got food for a small work meeting on Monday. $13 burritos are 98% rice and beans. For that amount of money you'd think you could get a little meat. You don't go to qdoba for the service or atmosphere. The food was so underwhelming, I'm all done with Qdoba.
Vegetarian options: Go to Casa De Oro. 1000% better food for the same price.

I honestly come here often and every time I order chips for $7.23 with tax I receive less than a single scoop of chips!! This is ridiculous!! You guys really need to step your game up and give an actual decent amount of chips for the price you're charging. I shouldn't have to use a bag of chips from home to make up for the loss. I get the same measly amout when I use my $2 chip rewards too

Valentine day around 8pm. 2.5 hours till close. No pico, she said they out of it. Maybe they didn’t have tomatoes or maybe they didn’t wanna make more not sure, also no fajita veggies, or shrimp. Not sure if they didn’t prepare for Valentine’s Day or not. Also there was no Diet Coke, it was flat. I get it you were probably busy prior us coming in. But yall were chit chatting between orders. Love this place but recently just not feels like Qdoba

Who needs to wash their hands after going to the bathroom if you wear gloves, not that that's disgusting or anything. Additionally if you place an online order be prepared to watch other people who haven't placed their orders yet skip you, and the " it'll be on in a few minutes... 10 minutes later oh yeah we have to make something so it'll be about 5 more minutes

Only issue is portion size keeps getting smaller. I was served by 2 100 pound girls that gave me a portion size that only someone as small as them would ever think is ok. Every time I go here they never have Is grilled peppers. They never have a problem with cooking some up but none are ever ready.

Horrible customer service. Nobody else was there and waited over 15 minutes just standing there waiting to be helped, to then be told that they were out of everything. They could’ve easily said something when I first got there instead of making me wait for a very long time For absolutely no reason. Those employees should not be working in customer service if they’re gonna treat people that way!
