Went to Qdoba Valley location. Food was great. However, it was 2pm and there was one other customer dining in. Upon getting our food we went to the condiment/soda bar which had not been wiped down in awhile. Napkins weren't stocked, then onto find a table, well finding a clean table was a joke, they were all dirty. Looked around, window sills filthy and floor could use some attention. When we were placing our order, there were 4 employees standing around talking, one person prepping food and one on the cash register. I blame leadership on how this store is being run. There is another review from over a week ago, that talks about some of these same topics. You said you we would be talking to the manager, looks like it fell on deaf ears. This location is going down hill. We will not be back. If the front of the house is a mess, who knows what is going on in the back.

Ordered online said it would be ready at 11:25am got there a few minutes after 11:30 and my order wasn't even started. Staff was rude and wouldn't even acknowledge the people waiting on the pickup side. There were four of us.They had a long line of people ordering in person and one of the employees said very loudly they have to get through the line before they can even start the online orders.I had already been waiting for 15 minutes at that point. After the employee said that I went up and asked if they could just cancel my order.Another person who was waiting also came up and canceled her order too.There was no apology and they really didn't seem to care.They took my name but there's really no assurance that they actually canceled my order...There was at least 5 staff working. Three were up front all taking in person orders.

Very messy, nothing stocked, ALL sodas out of syrup. Placed a mobile order and waited an hour and a half after my pickup time to finally get my food and it was very small portions when we ordered and paid for extras. The in store line went through about 30 people while I was waiting but they couldn’t get the 5 people waiting for mobile orders dealt with. It is national burrito day so I expected a wait but 1.5 hours after pick up time and not even getting what we ordered is definitely ridiculous.

This store is absolutely ridiculous, and should not be willing to have doordash services if they are not going to prioritize them, or have any respect for the dashers time. I do doordash, to make money on the side because I am a full time student, who still has bills. I went into Qdoba to pickup a doordash at 12:28. It is currently 12:45 and I am still waiting for the order. One lady came in and said she was also picking up an online order.. Tate (the cashier) told one of the girls in the back to come up and help with the online orders. Funny how that couldn’t be done when I got there? The woman who came in after me left with her food within maybe 5 mins of being here.I asked when my order would be ready and she said “it next” 1st, with the most attitude, and 2nd with no urgency or priority to door dashers at all. She has since set out 3 DOORDASH orders that have not been the order I originally came for. I am just now leaving the store at 12:50 (23 mins after I arrived) and all that’s on my order is 1 quesadilla. I would also like to add that Tate would stay on her phone for extended periods of time, either in the BOH or right at the front desk in between orders. This store has no respect for door dashers at all so if you plan to pickup an order from them, I would gladly take a percentage rate down for declining to pickup from them then I would wasting time in their store and lose orders.

If you do like eating in a filthy restaurant with every trash can overflowing; trash all over the ground, no utensils, cup lids or napkins; multiple food items not in stock;…oh, and a rude manager named Lynda who stands in front and asks if you’re hungry and proceeds to do nothing and not take your order for over 15 minutes with no one else in front of you or behind, and furthermore leads her employees to have no sense of urgency in fulfilling your order; Then This is the restaurant for you! Good job Lynda.

Constantly out of stuff. When they run low, they skimp really bad. You have to get there early in the day or else you get hosed. It is really unfortunate, love their food, but inconsistent and poorly managed.

Update - This place is a mess - Took 40 minutes to pick up an online order. Plan your visit accordingly.Off hours, the food is not as fresh. The beans are dried out along with the chicken. Come during the prime time for the freshness.

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION! This location is consistently out of ingredients early in the afternoon and the staff is consistently both rude and lazy. The location is DISGUSTINGLY dirty, we don’t even eat in there anymore because it’s horrible. Ordered online and got some kind of child’s sized burrito cuz they were out of almost everything and didn’t bother to notify us! With a company this wide spread, you’d think they would equip their stores to actually have enough food to last one freaking day open for business. This is absolutely insane - don’t go to this location unless you want to be charged full price just to leave HUNGRY and be treated like CRAP by their rude staff. This is the WORST LOCATION.

Got a Door Dash delivery. They can't seem to read or comprehend orders here. I wouldn't recommend delivery. Make sure to get it in person. They gave me a burrito instead of a bowl even though it's clearly marked on the receipt. Missing ingredients from a kids meal. Funny thing is my 7 year old could point out these mistakes yet they can't? Lacking is what this place is. Not my first mess up here but will definitely be my last.

Never do an online order from this place. I ordered, drove in, and I watched them assist at least 8 people before they ever started on my order! It would have been literally faster to stand in line. People came and gone who came in after me.I'm so incredibly disappointed. Most of my lunch break was waiting for my order.The "your order will be ready at this time..." is not even remotely accurate.I got my order 15 minutes after they said it would be ready.
