I ordered a club sandwich with bacon on it and they put fake bacon bits on my sandwich. I ordered it shortly before I got on my flight and didn’t find the fako bits until stuck on an airplane and had no motivation to attempt removing them. They are disgusting and you should be ashamed. And I will happily take a refund. The guy who made my sandwich was very nice.

1.3.24: Completely wow'd with how delicious my sandwich was and had ordered the Classic Italian on rosemary parmesan bread. It was hot, fresh, meaty, and loaded with veggies. I love the self-serve sides bar, where they had peppers, jalapenos, pickles, and different sauces. My favorite is to mix the BBQ, honey mustard, and a little horseradish all together. The Italian came with pepperoni, salami, capicola, ham, provolone cheese. black olives, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, and red wine vinaigrette. The airport wasn't too busy and service was great.

Extremely over priced due to location in airport but food was decent
So I never write reviews, but their customer service was incredible. They were absolutely slammed with customers and every single one of them were smiling and treating everyone with outstanding kindness. As someone who works in the food service I was very appreciative of this!
Price on the menu is less than what is charged, when you tell them that the price is wrong, they say Too Bad, the price is the price and I cant change the menue.. This is false advertizement.

I don’t know how they run the business or how they survive have it open. They seems bothered when they have customers waiting for them . They open 11 am but they aren’t ready to get any orders.

Waited for 10 minutes and then they started getting orders taken after mine because their flights were boarding. You’re welcome for the $23 donation as I am not eating a sandwich that sat there toasted for what would have been 20 minutes. Dude had 10 sandwiches lined up and had no clue what he was doing and the other two couldn’t figure out that he needed help and kept putting new sandwich orders through the toaster. Wow, just wow!

I am unable to get in contact with this location by phone and the online order leads to a dead web page. Please update with a number that works. I desperately want a sandwich for pick up, and it says pick up and delivery... I know it is past airport security and I don't know any other way to ask for your help. I am pregnant and this is the only location...
